What a great pub!...Friendly, helpful staff, delicious food and well priced drinks.

Went in today for a lovely lunch and catch up with a few friends. The pub has changed for the better with a good vibe, good service and great food.

The biggest and best beer garden for miles around. Bit of a hidden gem right on the high street. Reasonable priced drinks and friendly staff.

The Salutation is an excellent pub, friendly staff, good food and well kept beer. There is a really nice garden out the back. Definitely a must if you're in the Ravenscourt Park / Hammersmith area.

Had a great experience at Salutation! Plenty of vegetarian options and a good selection of vegan options too. Aaron our host was very helpful with the menu and took great care of us throughout the evening. Overall a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, great taste and fair prices. Would definetly visit again.

Excellent pub! Awesome food, the most amazing staff members. Always on top of their service. Overall the service is 10/10 along with the laid back, calm atmosphere. One of my favourite pubs by far.

A nice old style pub, no modern plastic everywhere. Plenty of real ales available. No problems getting served, even though the pub was busy. Would definately visit again.

A great local pub with good food and helpful service. It plays major sporting events and football matches. It is rarely packed and noisey.

I'm just writing because this is my local pub, and I was looking forward to enjoying the World Cup match close to home after work. I even had to run from Hammersmith to catch the start, just to be told that I couldn't come in because it was 'full' despite the fact that I could see seats and have seen more people in the pub for champions league games !



The bouncers said it was arbitrarily capped at 250 people. My partner had arrived earlier and bought us both a pint - which I couldn't drink because they wouldn't let me in. Furthermore, when she entered alone, the bouncers didn't explain that it was one in one out, which would have saved the expense of the pints. As she left to join me in another pub, the bouncers also did not inform the other gentlemen waiting outside that he could now enter. Quite frankly, the bouncers needed to show some common sense. We could all see space and yet they wouldn't even consider letting me in. This is clearly a HUGE failure by the management - and I can't tell you how disappointed I was to not watch the game in my local. Very upset and an now very unlikely to ever come back. Well done on losing a regular
