What an absolute fabulous breakfast experience celebrating our 19th Wedding anniversary. The food was incredibly as where the staff, and what a view! Thank you for making our morning very special

User

We had a couple of drinks and snacks with family 2 years ago. Nice view of the gherkin building from the restaurant. Love to come and visit the place.

User

We chose the right day as weather was perfect for getting great views of London. Our booking was for 4pm. Not many people so straight in the lift. First viewing deck was amazing, 360 degree view. We had a wonderful guide (I think her name was Lin) who was very knowlegeable and explained all the relevant sites to us. We then moved up to the next level 69 where you could feel the air. We would definitely recommend seeing London from this height. It looked like a model village with a train set!

User

My God! I never saw such a beautiful view as I did from the top of this building! I really think that this tower completes London. It made an already amazing city even more amazing. I feel very very happy to visit this place. The view floor, the bars and restaurants.

User

Looked forward to this experience for a long time and not disappointed. Thanks to a rare gloriously sunny British day the views were amazing. Not many people get the chance of drinking espresso martini 72 floors above the ground. Extremely well organised staff and good to see tight security procedures in place. Shame it’s needed but that’s the climate we live in these days.

User

It wasn‘t a busy day when we‘ve visited the view at the shard. Lucky enough we got to meet your guide Dan in the elevator on our way upstairs. I can tell you, I travel a lot but this guy is extraordinary! His knowledge not only about the building but the whole city and it’s history is outstanding!

The view was for sure overwhelming but the one thing we couldn’t stop talking about was your brilliant member of staff!

It could „only“ have been a nice view for us but he made it much more than that!

Thank you!!!

User

It was a lovely experience 72floors in seconds!!

We went on bank holiday Sunday and there were no queues and just the right amount of visitors.

We had a lovely sunny day and although there was some sun haze we saw all of the landmarks etc.

I would recommend but it’s only a short visit really as we were in and out in less than an hour.

User

I booked to go up the shard for my mums 50th birthday. It was a complete surprise for her, as I’d also arranged for her niece to be at the top who lives in Slough so she doesn’t see her often. She was waiting at the top with a glass of champagne for each of us. The view is absolutely amazing, I had never seen tower bridge before but the view of the whole city was completely breathtaking. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend.

User

Great day yesterday on the 72nd open floor in the sun. The atmosphere was lovely and view spectacular. Drinks are on the expensive side but I had a great Espresso Martini. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Will definitely be going back.

User

Afternoon tea bought as a Christmas gift from our daughter. A lovely experience and great view. We were seated for the tea in a corner table with a poor view but once people started finished we were moved to a better view. Only thing to review is the cream and jam part of the afternoon tea very small portions for 4 scones between 2

User

We were bought this experience by our daughters for Christmas only got around to take it yestetday got there early as we thought we could go have drink in 1 of the bars, so was sent up got to the bar and was told go back down have not booked there is a hundred of people in front of you so no chance, yet our son went up sat last and just went straight to bar no booking, was very upset as we don’t get chance to come up often. Very disappointed we enjoyed whole view experience though with our tickets we had.

User

Bought aquashard voucher for our son’s birthday, and his wife booked a room there. They had a great time. Spoke how food excellent, room was tip top and loved the pool.

User

We were at the bar for 40min and if disn't ask a barman to find out what was going on, I'm pretty sure we would continue to sit at the bar forever, as it was obvious that we were simply forgotten. The quality of food was excellent. However, the gin and tonic was just bad...flat tonic water with one cube of ice, after asking the barman to exchange it, wasn't taken very well. Other than that, was impressed with the views and the tasty dinner. Not sure if would be coming back to this particular one (Aqua), but very likely to try other available options.

User

Views were amazing, lucky we went on a clear day, but very very overpriced, two adults £70!!! You can see all you will see in 30 minutes. Drinks very expensive, even for London, come on shard, sort it out, little often is better than putting people off.

User

Good, but not that good. Entrance fee of over £30 (OK you can save by booking online in advance) is a rip off. Staff were friendly but bar prices extortionate (£8 for a small glass of wine! I did not bother) One good thing - no queues when I went (2pm on a week day in May). Glad it is off my bucket list but so overpriced.

User

Glad we got this as part of a voucher with meal in Rabot 1745 as the meal was 100 %. The shard what can I say... A lot of money a lot of people (it rained OK not their fault) and high prices at the bar.... Come on £31 each is some what overpriced... But hey done it so won't be doing it again....

Must highly recommended restaurant though fantastic x

User

I was very disappointed with the food. It was very salty. We paid £36 for 3 course meal and a house cocktail but I don’t think the food was worth that price. 2 bottles of water £9 is too expensive

However the staff were excellent, service a bit slow.

User

The view from the shard is incredibly overpriced and underwhelming. You are herded up to a viewing space with dirty windows nowhere to sit and very little information about what you were meant to be seeing through the grime. Good champagne served in plastic glasses and only thing available to eat was a blueberry muffin. The ‘open air’ level was not open air at all. Some small sections in the corners high up were open but certainly nowhere near you being able to look into any open air. So we paid £89 for two people for an ‘experience ‘ which lasted half an hour. Save your money and go up to the sky garden in the walkie talkie building for free (book ahead) or go on the emirates air line for £10 each.

User

The staff was never ashame to admit her ugly and cheating manner to the tourists and foreigner....

She deceive us to buy the photos that we didn't want.

It was unacceptable to do this ugly thing just because we re an Asian !!!
