I like this pub!Its in the heart of Crystal Palace & the staff are friendly & it always has a nice feel.

It's very understated in its decor but that works very well.

They have a nice selection of beer on tap,an excellent wine list & superb cocktails.

The food is top notch-don't miss their 2-4-1 burger deals on Monday!!!

Food was amazing! I had duck and my friend had roast beef. Best food eaten out in a long time. Would defintely recommend and will be back!

Fantastic place for a Sunday lunch. Even though all the tables were reserved, the staff were attentive and found us somewhere to sit. The food was fantastic and definitely left us feeling full. The only negative is that it would have been nice to see roast parsnips included in the “all the trimmings” veg which came with the roast.

1st time eating there & the service was quick, friendly & very relaxed. The food was amazing. We all ate a different meal & every plate was cleared. 5* I would go back again!

Trendy place that gets busy quickly, so hard to find a seat unless your on the lookout! Prices are average for the area, cheapest wine at £5.50 and cocktails from £7.50. Staff are friendly and there is food and drink deals throughout the week

People friendly, service and drinks excellent, atmosphere and decor inviting. Wasn't expecting such a warm welcome. A lovely pub....may it continue to prosper and remain in the area for many years.

Lovely food (confit duck and a burger), great wine and ale, splendid ambience and atnosphere, but service a bit slow for a half-empty Thursday evening. 35 mins for two mains is not good timing! But other than that, good as always.

I loved the food (especially the cheesecake!), the atmosphere, the venue is clean, tidy and cosy and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Early Mothers Day meal out: we shared one of their £7.50 mains as a starter - generous portion of pork belly salad and a thrifty meal if that was all you'd wanted. I had the duck - it was enormous - and the red cabbage set it off nicely. My son enjoyed his vegetarian pie. We savoured a lovely NZ red wine before having dessert / cheese after a reasonable interval...with a generous glass of port each too.

One of the classier pubs in town, good selection of spirits and some harder to get stuff, decent cocktails too. Bit dull inside though, not enough lighting and no music, OK to spend an hour in trying something different. Haven't tried the food

Had a good time there with family. Only critisism was the bar staff took a long time to acknowledge us initially which meant waiting too long at the bar. Finger food/starters were good and I'd go again.

The sparrowhawk is one of my fabourite places but sadly the food I had today wasn't great. I had the king prawn linguine , the sauce was quite thick and weird and it was really gritty! Very disappointed 😞

Great atmosphere and beer but men’s loo downstairs out of order & loo upstairs doesn’t flush. I had to go to the pub up the road to use their bog😫
