Founded by the TV Chef and cookery writer, Anjum Anand, we make no-nasties Indian food that enables you to cook authentic dishes at home in minutes.

Anjum Anand has spent her career showcasing India’s favourite dishes but when it came to cooking up a quick and easy, convenient meal, she found that there was nothing that tasted like real Indian food in the market. She started The Spice Tailor.

We now have 5 ranges to address this serious lack of Indianness in the supermarket, including sauces, daals (lentil curries), naans, chutnis and also Indian Street Food Wraps (aka Kathi Rolls).
