They toured the world constantly with playing festivals and touring with Arcade Fire & Vampire Weekend. He is a rock roll gem of a classic juke box. His brief is to rock it out with belters from The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Clapton, The Who, Jimi Hendrix and more

On Sunday August 5th we welcome Igor Métrailler of the Last Moan to The Stag Have a listen on iTunes & other available music platform to the Last Moan. As a BIG fan of garage rock & Americana what I heard was right up our street & excellent. Igor with school buddy Gaëtan formed The Last Moan in 2014 in Sion, Switzerland. Gaëtan on drums and Igor on guitar & vocals. After years of working on material & gigging in Switzerland they went into the studio and cut an album called "Z...ig Zag Dream". Lots of great pulsating garage to charming alternative folk is what you find. Its all very good & the influence of growing up listening to the White Stripes & Black Rebel Motorcycle Club is very apparent. The album navigates between country ballads, catchy shamanic rhythms, with earthy episodes of tasty guitar, where dreamy Fuzz like riffs reign supreme. Waited a little longer than we wanted for our order. Our servers apologized and made it all good. Despite the long wait time, the food was definitely worth it. Amazing.

This is one of the best pubs in London. Great beer garden, dog friendly, delicious food. Had my 30th there and it was perfect. Thank you the people of the Stag!! X

Probably the best veggie stew I've ever had. Jerusalem artichoke, pearl barley and root veggies served with really good toasted bread. Excellent beer. Great staff. Lovely pub.

It has beer and glasses for the beer and food and music and other drinks and it is nice

Great roast, well portioned and good quality beef. Can get busy at times so make sure to book in advance although they keep tables free for walkins. Celeb spot as we saw Steve Merchant there too

Fantastic food especial the Sunday Roast, bring you're family so much to eat,a Whole Roast Chicken with loads of potatoes/Veg/Yorkshires pudding the size of a side plate..The Vibe music people was so Cool..Loved and will now be my New Places to eat!!! x

Food was excellent! I had a Sunday roast beef - one of the best I've had out. Daughter had the adult cheeseburger which she finished completely & said was lovely (worth knowing that the kids burger is a smaller version but same quality). Husband thoroughly enjoyed the steak & ale suet crust pie. Staff were lovely. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is having 2 round tables shoved together (we weren't the only ones) so we were slightly uncomfortable. Wouldn't stop us returning though.

Enjoyed Sunday lunch on Mothers Day. The food was lovely and staff very attentive. Popped in for a drink with my children yesterday and the lovely guy behind the bar lent me the tips jar to play cards with😄

Cute and quirky pub with an amazing beer garden! Was recommended to me by my hair dresser and I'm so glad we went. I thought it would be an overly-priced posh gastropub, but it was super chill and relaxed. Huge selection of beers on tap as well! They even allowed us to order off the kids menu as we fancied chicken goujons but they arrived quite overdone :/ The spinach and artichoke dip was lovely though! Will definitely be back as the weather gets nicer :)

It was packed the food could have been a bit better but I think it was due to the amount of people good beer nice place.

Excellent selection of beers, only had one pint which was not brilliant, but my choice. Brother Rabbit. Found being called geyser and dude by the staff mildly irritating and unnecessary.

Employ some more waitresss we didn't order food because none were Able to take an order we considered deliveroo to bring us food !! Then left for drink and food in garden at home ! Our friends went across the road to get fish and chips !

Management was rude and I won't be going back .

Great atmosphere - but unable to cope when it gets busy - my stool was taken away from me - now I'm having to stand when the rest of my group is sitting - thanks!
