The Tennis Conditioning Guy Description

Leigh Brandon, The Tennis Conditioning Guy and owner of BodyCHEK, conditions tennis players of all ages and abilities from teenagers upwards and from beginners to professionals playing on the tour.

If you want to learn how to move faster on the court, hit more powerful serves and groundstrokes, how to have the endurance to maintain speed, power and accuracy throughout your matches and how to greatly reduce the likelihood of injuries, then this is the place!

Leigh has also written "The Tennis Biomechanics Manual", which is a vital resource for tennis conditioning professionals and tennis players alike.

Leigh also created the "CHEK Tennis Conditioning Series" advanced training programme for The CHEK Institute. This is an advanced training course for Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Personal Trainers, Athletic Trainers, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths. Indeed this course will help any professional working with tennis players with regards to improving performance, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.
