i am new to vaping so went into the shop pretty clueless, i left the shop with a little knowledge thrown in while my purchase was being set up ready for use. very friendly store and i appreciate they sold me exactly what i needed and not what makes them the most money. they have a huge selection of products so knew i was in the right place. well worth a visit.

Wow. I never leave reviews, but I actually couldn’t resist this time. What a brilliant place! Got everything you need or want. Every efficient. Lovely crew (think a family business) and put other vape shops to shame. Nothing is ever too much for these guys. I know where I’m going, time and time again. This is now the only place I am going to for anything vape! Thanks guys, absolutely amazing 😁👍🏻

Wouldn’t go any where else, these guys are so helpful, they explained things to me well, and have no problem with me going in and trying flavours until I find which ones I like, I don’t feel rushed or that I’m a problem. Honestly just so helpful, would highly recommend these guys.

Went into the shop 2 weeks ago for my husband and through all the try this, try that and discussions of what's what my husband hasn't smoked a cigarette in two weeks due to the help and knowledge of this shop. Today they even kept their shop open after hours discussing with me the best way to quit smoking and what way to go with the vapes - bloody brilliant place that doesn't rush you 10/10

Went into store today looking for help with our old vapes only to find out the vapes me and my husband had wasn’t what We actually needed and in fact wasn’t providing the help or support we needed to continue not smoking.

The helpful father and son were excellent

They took the time to run through our needs and listened to us as We have been non smokers now for over 2 months but stress was starting to get both of us on the verge of putting a cigarette back into my mouths.

They ran through a variety of different strengths and vapes and were only happy to sell us the products once We were 100% happy with them.

Brilliant customer service and have truly gained 2 loyal customers.

Cannot thank them both enough.

Went in yesterday as I was recommended by colleagues as the best place to get advice on vaping for my partner, who wanted to quit smoking. He had absolutely no clue of what to choose, but the friendly and knowledgeable guys running the shop talked him through everything and advised him on the best products to buy. No hard sales, just genuine, professional help and a vast range of products to choose from. Very happy.

Went in after work, knowing absolutely nothing about vaping. Was helped by Reece, who was seemingly happy to take the time to explain it all to me. Probably the best customer service I have ever received in retail and I cannot recommend highly enough.

I will always be going back here for my consumables.

Went down to this shop today and bought my vape pen what excellent customer service I received today nothing to much bother tried various flavours very helpful and I recommend this vape shop to any body who wants to stop smoking will be visiting them again very soon.

Very welcoming shop, the guys show a lot of care and attention to everyone that walks in there. Remember me every time I go in and I see that as a big positive!! Would recommend to anyone looking to get good quality service and advice. Not like other vape shops where you feel intimidated if you know nothing, these guys will guide you in the right direction and have time for everyone!! Best vape shop in Berkshire in my opinion!!

I took the drive down to collect a new mod & RDA & it was well worth the trip. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived & the guys are very knowledgeable. It was a refreshing change to see a shop stocked with high end products. As well as kit for newbies.

I have just purchased my first decent kit from The Vapers Cave and have to say how easy the whole process was. The two guys were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right kit for me. Thank you.

I brought mods before they stopped working and I throw£60 in the bin. I bought a mod from the vape cave 2 months later took it back they exchanged it no problem couldn't be more helpful. In the real world maybe you pay £5 or £10 more but to get customer service like this is amazing. I won't be buying any more mods online. I'll be going here and buying from the vape cave. Fantastic after sales service thanks.

Honestly the most helpful bunch of lads, set everything up for me and let me try all the different vapes before I just brought anything. Even when I thought I had broken it within a few hours they was happy for me to pop back and sort it. Really recommend the vapers cave!! Thank you!
