About The Weald Smokery
The Weald Smokery is one of only a handful of traditional food smokers remaining in Britan. All our products are available in our shop.
The Weald Smokery Description
At the Weald Smokery we smoke over open log fires and in brick kilns producing what we believe to be a superior product to the mass produced available elsewhere. A lot of time and effort goes into producing our products, from the purchase of the raw ingredients through to the curing and smoking process and onto the slicing and packing.
This has all proved to be a winning combination as it has been acknowledged by our continuing to win Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards.
We supply our own shop as well as other shops, pubs, restaurants and hotels, throughout the country.
We also have our own shop on site, selling our products as well as a fabulous range of local and continental cheeses. We have recently added a Brasserie, The KIln Room, where you can supply our smoked foods, as well as enjoying cakes and sandwiches, along with great coffee or even a glass of wine. Its well worth a visit!
