Lovely hospital and staff. I was thoroughly looked after
Just had a medical procedure with Dr. Romi Navaratnam and I can't praise enough the staff, the hospital and specially the doctor. Being a foreigner and having my first procedure in the Uk I was extremely nervous but couldn't have asked for a better treatment. Would definitely recommend it!

WORST HOSPITAL EVER, GO TO NHS AND THE SERVICE IS BETTER AND CHEAPER. NEVER GO TO WELLINGTON HOSPITAL. Doctors ( I shall not name it here but feel free to private msg ask me) are very RUDE. They can collect payment in advance for the weekend and not letting me know the accountants are not working on the weekend that I won't be able to get my deposit back. Same goes for the pharmacist, discharge without medication and back on the next day (Monday) to settle bills and medication. Throughout the stay, nurses doesn't communicate and clueless most of the time. Nurses Lack of experience handle my partner without gloves. After discharge received 2 separate unofficial letter to ask me make transfer for the anesthetic and the consultant fee. Made complaint delay me 20 working days. A lot of unpleasant experience with the hospital, the worst is where the doctor rude and force my partner to made payment immediately if not he will transfer her out which is during 9pm. When I talked to him at 9.30pm. He convince me he can't proceed without knowing the price and I immediately took the initiative to place another deposit for the surgery. But he still convince me he will be tired and it's not good for all of us. I got deducted 1000pounds for the consultant fee which I am not happy with the service. I made complaint while me and my partner are still in the hospital and they got back to me after 6weeks upon my partners discharge. And all I received was just an apologies from the staff and not even from the consultant himself. My sincere recommendation, never go Wellington hospital.
