We arrived March 7th and our room was ready at 1pm. I had contacted the hotel before telling them we were coming for my daughters birthday and they upgraded us for free. Our room was amazing, The shower was incredible and huge. The staff were all very friendly, polite and happy to help. We will be back for sure.
Very central. Small single room but beautifully clean with a gorgeous bathroom.
I’m at a training course on working with couples where one or both are depressed. The course is great - the presentations, materials and teaching are top notch, but it’s hard going sometimes.
The breakfast crew are cheerful, friendly and ready to go the extra mile, and I’m looking forward to breakfast. It’s the ideal start to each day.

We have stayed at the Wesley on a number of occasions and we could never really fault it this time however we had problems with the heating, as in it didn't work and we had to have a plug in heater and an extra quilt, then the tv didn't work so we had to have someone come in and fix it. It is a good hotel and I would still recommend it. They have good sized rooms and the staff are very friendly and helpful, I will come back.
Stayed for a week then come back for a night before taking a train to paris. It will be where we stay next time we are in the UK loved it second room was much better than the first more space for all my clothes
Having used this rather one off hotel around 5 times in the last year , placed a very short walk from Euston mainland station /tube
Rooms are clean , well specced , good wifi speed , with plentiful tea/coffee in the room
What sets this apart is the lack of greed , beer and food are well priced , staff very helpfully
Only slight down side is very limited local parking , but that only to be expected given its position , use again Yep !
Hotel is close to the station and rooms are fairly modern but our double was very small. We visited in summer & the air con did not work. We repeatedly asked the air con to be fixed but this never happened? Complained on check & nothing was done. Real shame has the hotel has potential.
Good conference venue with easy access. As a hotel it is converted from student accommodation that is small and in places a little cramped and very dated. But for most business needs "adequate" and anything missing is available nearby. Euston station door step.
Room 114 felt like a cell as you couldn't see any daylight.... the windows are painted over. There was also a nasty smell from the bathroom and the set up of the bathroom means light floods into the bedroom when you put the light on.....
Air con didn't work and sound proofing between walls was poor.
On a positive it looks clean, good location, big beds and room.
If the site would allow me to put the pictures on I took of our not so cheap room you could see that it was very dated and unloved, which is a shame as the restaurant area was very nice. The shower filled the bathroom floor with water as the shower screen just didn't close, again a shame as the power shower was pretty good! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be visiting it again. We never even got asked if we'd enjoyed our stay, or if everything was satisfactory, they just fleeced us our of what I would class as an expensive stay for the poor quality received!
very disappointing: i arrived at the hotel and the cancelled the reservation without saying nothing! I received the confirmation when I booked (through the agency) and they cancelled without any notifications! not even able to find an alternative solution. no comment
Wow what a shit hole! If you have a pram don't bother... if you have a suitcase don't bother...there is no space to even breathe! if you want your door handle to fall off upon entering the room and mould and damp everywhere this is the "hotel" for you! It's rank I hated every second of it! They expected my 7 month old son to "jump in the shower" �
Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Booked a superior room for 2 nights. 1st room they gave us on the first floor had a "pretend" window that opened against an internal wall. 2nd room was on 3rd floor and ok had a velux window that opened but the view was into a working office but the room and bathroom were tiny. Room we eventually settled in was on the 2nd floor and was a decent size and had windows that actually opened but the carpet was dirty and there was mould and smelly damp in the shower. Apart from one lady on reception who seemed genuinely upset that we weren't happy, the staff were rude, arrogant and unfriendly. Not once were we asked if everything was ok with our stay, even when checking out. Awful hotel and awful experience, would never recommend to anyone!!
Not a nice experience in this hotel! I had a reservation but when i arrived at 11 Pm they toldbme that the hotel Was overbooked. They paid me for a room in a near hotel. This was horrible, only hot water in the bathroom. A disaster i had changed the room. The gave me only free breakfast. Horrible i don t suggest
