just returned from the white Hart and all I can say is fantastic from the room , food ( meals in the evening and breakfast) , staff and of course cocktails !! we shall be coming back......thankyou

Went the White Hart for lunch! The food was good but we were really impressed by the staff! The waitress helped us with parking it was Saturday and Boston was crowded! Our service was prompt and we really enjoyed our meal!! She even gave us a history of the place where my great great grandmother worked in 1901!

We had our beautiful Wedding breakfast and Reception at the White Hart Hotel on the 22nd July 2017. We had such an amazing day the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the food was truly amazing and everyone at the hotel made our day extra special. Thank you all so much.

'Excellent' is is just not enough to describe how good the staff were. They were all absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The whole day ran without a single problem. We've had so many comments saying it was one of the best weddings they have been to. A massive thank you to each and every member of staff / management as you all went above and beyond to make our day special.

Anyone booking the White Hart will not be disappointed. Simply cannot praise it enough.

One of my favourite places to go to in Boston for a drink or some food. You are always made to feel very welcome by the great team of staff. Food is always delicious too. :)

My family stayed here for Christmas and from the minute they arrived to the minute they left they were treated like royalty. The staff could not do enough for them even though it was such a busy time of the year. Christmas lunch was delicious and my family all left saying that it was the best Christmas they have had in a very long time. I would just like to thank all the staff at The White Hart for your amazing service and fantastic value for money. X

Have stayed there a couple of times now. Ian and all the staff are amazing! Great food and we stayed in two lovely rooms. We will be back. Sxx

Had my Oldrids leaving drinks on Saturday night, I reserved the sofa area, the service was excellent, everyone felt welcome and looked after. It was relaxed, comfy and perfect for the occasion. Next time IŌĆÖll need afternoon tea! Xx staff member with short ash hair & lady with long red hair (new) were absolutely brilliant

Genuinely the nicest loveliest place in Boston to stop for a cuppa or have a full meal. The steak in the main restaurant is to die for! Friendly polite staff, well furnished, great food and drink and free parking in the middle of town, what more could you ask for?

Absolutely amazing evening! Food was fabulous and the staff was really lovely! Definitely will be returning for food again!

Celebration of my Mums birthday so went for a booked afternoon tea. Enjoyed it , however our hot drinks arrived 20 minutes before the food. At one point we wondered if we had booked the wrong thing as there was little conversation with the male server. Food good and fresh, seemed homemade abd variable in size, but scones dry and more like biscuits. if we go again i would ask for it all to be served at the same time.

On the whole enjoyed the treat and to be fair we could have said something but didn't. Yes we will go again.

The decor, style and service was nice and helped create a relaxing atmosphere for a quick lunch. 3 of the party weŌĆÖre happy with their food but I was disappointed and didnŌĆÖt feel I got value for money with the Salmon pesto salad. The size of the piece of salmon was pathetic, you could hardly see amongst the bowl of lettuce leaves. I would recommend to give the place a try as the atmosphere was vibrant. Possibly give the salmon a miss if youŌĆÖre feeling hungry.

Avoid room 200 on a Sat night. Very noisy.

Also, don't expect a warm bathroom on a cold day, the room holds no heat.

Other than that, staff are brilliant, food is good and parking is a doddle, as long as you remember the daily permit and realise that parking is round the back.

Went with 3 friends for afternoon tea, my birthday treat. We'd all been really looking forward to it. However, whilst the food was delicious, even though I had asked for one lot of sandwiches to have no butter or spread they still all arrived buttered. Have to say the service left a lot to be desired yesterday, which is a shame as when the 4 of us visited the day before Xmas eve, a very busy Saturday, the staff that day were completely different, totally efficient and friendly. Staff need to be more consistent, won't stop me visiting for now, however if the service is much the same next time, will definitely think twice before coming here again.

Popped in on Saturday evening specifically for cocktails and had a wonderful espresso martini however when I tried to purchase another cocktail the bar staff informed me that they were no longer selling cocktails as they were too busy! Well they then had 2 less customers to make them busy as we left! Not good enough!

I am writing to complain about a level of service received today that was totally unacceptable. throughout the year we spend over ┬Ż4K at your hotel and today Boxing Day was told when popping in for a coffee and cream that the bar was closed to us even though the door was wide open and only open to residents.

This is totally short sighted as when these guests have gone you will rely on locals like ourselves.

I am interested to hear your response to this as this is no way to treat loyal customers. After sending this I received an email from the Manager guilt tripping me on how hard the staff had worked this year as they have but so have I. The amount of time and money we spend in the hotel is irrelevant to him even after choosing many special birthdays to celebrate here. My complaint was ignored twice and not even an offer of a complimentary coffee just a rant on not being wanted to be threatened by social media. Not a threat just appalled by this service from a hotel I thought of as a friend.

Went in with work collegues for a xmas meal spent a fortune and days later get a kind letter informing me of parking charges to which i wasnt the only one out of our group to get a ticket. At no time in the process of organising the meal was it mentioned about using their parking facilities. To top it off the food wasnt up to the prices which was charged
