The Zetter

We've just enjoyed a night away staying at The Zetter. The staff were super friendly, our room was clean and cosy and our breakfast was delicious; a continental breakfast was included in our room rate but we were given the option to switch to a hot breakfast which we really appreciated. We enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine in the bar last night which was quiet but had a really lovely atmosphere. Would totally recommend a stay here.

A beautifully designed boutique hotel with an incredible restaurant. The hotel and bar staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The deluxe rooftop suite makes for a luxurious weekend away, with a private balcony that includes an outdoor bath overlooking the London skyline.

The Zetter is a lovely "hipster" hotel, restaurant and bar. I booked it for my husband's surprise 30th Birthday Party. I highly recommend the bar in the Zetter Townhouse and the private room which is within the bar "The Dining Room" is so quirky and cool. The staff at the townhouse are amazing, great cocktails and very accommodating general service. Marc who helped me organise the event was also helpful. We ate dinner at 'The Kitchen Table' - a semi private space that is part of the hotel. The food was nice and well presented. However I think the service could be improved upon. I found the main person looking after our table to be unwelcoming verging on rude. He kept on telling us to push our chairs in (even though he had plenty of space) and he wouldn't let us use a whole side of the table we had because he said it would be too difficult for him to get past even though there was plenty of room! This is why I am marking them 4 rather than 5 stars. It was still a great evening, just something the Zetter should consider for the future.

Spent a very pleasant afternoon, having high tea. Staff were friendly and polite. The tea was flowing and food was tasty.
