What a wonderful event I attended today in Colchester. I was one of the 20 lucky traders having our own little table to promote ourself. I even got interviewed by Pete. A bit windy so not the best sound, but fun. Long time since I hold a microphone.

I would like to thank all my clients and friends who have liked my site so far. If you have any suggestions on things you would like to see here, things to change etc. to make it a bettter page, please let me know.

I usually start with reflexology on your feet to "read" and start the healing process. Then I work on the problem area with different techniques like Cranio Sacral therapy, soft chiropractic (ortobionomi), stretchings and afterwards I finish with a beneficial Swedish back massage! Pia is an amazing therapist! She identified the biomechanical issues I knew I had and explained how my body was being affected by some issues I didn't know about. Her reflexology and massage techniques are very different to the traditional 'sports massage' I've had before but very effective and went a long way to relieving the sciatic pain I went to see her about. I will definitely use her again!

Pia is a great therapist. The massage is a Combination of reflexology and Swedish massage which works so well together. I book regular monthly sessions to stay in the place of balance that these massages put me in. The massage is deep enough to relieve knots without discomfort. I always leave feel totally relaxed and in a great mental space. I would highly recommend trying Pia as a therapist, she has a talent for what she does!

I have been to many therapists over the years and have had varying success from the very relaxing, fairly helpful to totally inefficient and disappointing. Pia does something very different. The first treatment I felt a pulse of energy running down my spine to my feet and I instantly felt deeply relaxed. Pia told me a few problems I have just from holding my feet and by manipulation of my feet the problem areas in other parts of my body disappeared! She seems to be able to tell what you need and I have always felt total relief from my aches and pains, particularly my lower back which I greatly appreciate.
