Wow! What a treatment! I had the Aromatherapy Associates body massage and undoubtedly it was the best massage I ever had. I was recommend this Spa by a friend who works in Canary Wharf, I've been to a few, and I must say it's my new favourite. Great place, highly recommend to all.

Best gym I’ve ever been too.

A couple of days ago, I tried Third Space Spa February launch - Lava Shell massage. To say that it was one of the best relaxing treatments I had - is to say the least. The massage lasted for 55 minutes, and I almost fell asleep by the end of it. Lava shells are a bit different compared to the hot stones, as they stay heated for the longer period of time and their heat gets deeper into your body.

The staff in the spa was super friendly! I absolutely loved the experience!
