FEELING CRABBY . Sorry for the slow post guys, currently having some family time as it’s the school holidays. This was in our room when we arrived which pretty sums up my week. After my 20mile Run last week I’ve been in major pain on the tops of my feet which I’ve put down to shoe laces being too tight. While they’ve been healing I’ve done ZERO running for a week (not in my plans for London marathon) but decided it would be better to heal rather than push through it? Having a... week off does nothing for the ‘maranoia’ 🙈 . Happy to report it’s day 2 of no pain, I’ve been icing, using Voltarol gel, and have relaced my shoes.... going to get out in the morning for a small ‘test’ Run... wish me luck... . #thisdadruns #TDR #LondonMarathon #injury
