Very nice. Clean and was given option if two rooms depending on noise levels/stairs breakfast was yummy too! Like the fact you don't have to check out till 12 as well! All in all excellent. Although would like to see more plug sockets as charging phones etc was difficult as had to unplug kettle lamp etc

Really good central London hotel: we were allowed to check in 2 hrs early and there was no charge for us to leave luggage there for the day after we checked out. Five mins from the British Museum, 15 from Covent Garden and loads of restaurants / coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Not too noisy in the evening, bearing in mind the location and really helpful staff. Will be using again for sure.

Lovely room very warm & clean. Staff very attentive special thank you to David who offered us a complimentary breakfast as my steak was not cooked to my liking, didn’t have to, as the chef was more than happy to sort it out for me. It’s those little things that make you think yep I’ll definitely return next time I see a show... Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean, warm and homely. Breakfast was great. Good choice of items, even catered for my gluten, lactose, caffeine free diet. Excellent value for money. Could do with a couple more electric sockets in the dressing area maybe, but the ones there are easily accessible. Would stay again, deffo.

Lovely hotel to stay the staff there gave me and my husband an anniversary to remember our room was lovely on thd 7th floor so much room and all the staff was so welcoming well worth the money would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a wonderful time

Location is very good. Staff are helpful, we had a lovely lady, Patricia, who assisted us with a mistake made by the agent. We had booked a double, the agent booked twin!! Variety of choice with breakfast, very nice & hot.

Lovely rooms and service

Excellent breakfast and wen we mentioned it was our birthday weekend they upgraded our room and left chocolates and prosecco in our room too!

NB rooms on the 7th floor as perfect as it's quiet and you don't get the street noise up that high!

Great location with a tube station close by (Russel Square), great staff that were always happy to help us out. The rooms were cosy, the only con was the size of the shower but I guess there's only so much you can do in an old building. It was an excellent stay.

Considering our booking was messed up by the online booking agent giving us twin room and not double room for my wife's 30th birthday, Patricia (i think her name was) of the hotel was brilliant in resolving this after Aleksandr referee out problem to her.

As per other comments customer service is excellent. Friendly staff. Personal touch at Breakfast. Rooms are functional, had nicer rooms but service level exceeds the room limitations. Squeaky floorboards the only criticism.

We stayed for 1 night as seeing a show at Prince Edward Theatre which is only a 15/20 min walk from the hotel..We had a twin room which was very small and the view was just of a roof of the next building and there was only 2 plug sockets available so if we wanted to watch tv we had to share just the 1 plug socket.. but the room was clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was very good so i would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely couple of nights here and would definitely return, well placed not far from kings cross, st Pancras and Euston and easy access to all usual sights. Only tried the breakfasts which were lovely (self serve). Rooms clean and well equipped. Thanks all and hopefully we will come and stay again.

Service was excellent room was what we asked for staff where polite and very friendly to be honest I couldn't fault the hotel at all breakfast was very enjoyable loved it

Just spent one night here - Booked to see show at Shaftesbury Theatre so great location -Room lovely and clean . Restaurant very clean and breakfast choice good -food nice and hot -Staff appeared very friendly and efficient.

Clean and functional rooms staff really friendly and helpful

Hotel was fine, and staff couldn't have been more helpful. .......but room on 4 th floor and told no lift on our side of building, but by walking though a door which admittily had a no entry sign on it for no apparent reason, found lift was on other side which led straight down to entrance lobby/reception!

Was booked for this hotel for two nights yesterday the room was not available They found me an alternative for last night but a hassle arriving somewhere to go somewhere else. On arrival at hotel 2 told could only stay one night. Gave up arguing and just took that room.



I had to ring today to try and find out where I would be staying. After numerous phone calls told I can in fact stay in the one I am in now. Current room is lovely but a lot of hassle. Staff are very nice too lots of apologies but just really wanted a room for two nights as booked.



When you set out on a long journey you need to know you have accommodation when you get there.
