Second visit in three months. Food lovely, I had steak and chips and jam roly poly pudding with custard. Oh my god, the pudding was AMAZING! The lady that works there is so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and so friendly. Lovely atmosphere of a country pub whilst situated on a busy London Road.

Met up there with family who were flying back to Australia, very nice place, and food was excellent very good choice and price , there were 10 of us all together the food all came out together and was piping hot ,most of us had something different, staff very pleasant, would definitely recommend this place to anyone flying out from Heathrow airport who wanted a good meal rather than eating at the airport , only thing that needs improving is the tables and seats outside ,very wobbly and tatty, right on the car park , but once inside the pub really pleasant, would definitely eat there again

Great pub, good atmosphere, terrific food and reasonable prices, Mr Beer the barman and the rest of your the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not to be missed if you are stuck on Bath Road with time before flights!

Great find, our flight was missed due to a delay so we were put at the Park Inn overnight. We immediately went to the Three Magpies, which looked like a haven compared to the hotel restaurant. Super friendly staff and great prices, top notch comfort food and drinks. Made our overnight layover a proper adventure :)

Great atmosphere, busy pub not not overcrowded. Great choice of drinks and lovely pub grub. Well certainly recommend this place to any friends traveling from Heathrow

We were staying over the road at the Park Inn and this was am amazing find, we had a fabulous evening at a fraction of the price!!

First of all, the food is amazing! Why do we Americans even try to make food? We stopped for drinks and lunch while we waited for our room to be ready at a nearby hotel. The bartender brought us two glasses of champagne and a slice of chocolate cake and ice cream ON THE HOUSE because we had just gotten engaged. This will forever be our first stop when we travel back to England! ���

Excellent choice of real ales, good food, friendly staff, nice and warm bar room and couldn't be handier for Heathrow Airport. Got 5 hours to kill before my flight so will be in today for an afternoon pint.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, unfortunately didn’t have time to sample the food. Maybe next time when I’m in the area.

Tasty food and drink, only complaint was a staff member was rather rude but the guy behind the bar made up for his rudeness

I was just wondering if your serving food this week the last time I was there there was no chef . We love visiting and will be in London this week ?

I've eaten here so many times and always enjoyed it, I've recommended it to friends and other holiday makers I've met in the hotel! But last night was the worst experience I've ever had. Now it is normally busy, and I appreciate you may need to wait a little longer for food, but it wasn't exceptionally busy last night and I didn't order food until 8:30. On ordering we were told it would be a half hour wait. We ordered 2 starters which came out within the half hour. The plates were cleared immediately and we then waited 53 minutes for the mains, (which didn't all come out at the same time) and by this time there were literally 6 people in there! Having 4 children at the table who were now all getting extremely restless I approached staff to ask why the main had taken this long. The barman was very polite, apologised and said he would speak with the chef, and offered to get the manager. Out come a woman who had no customer service, manners or dignity for any of the customers at the facility. After arguing with me at the till that we were told it was an hour and a half wait to the excessive workload she stormed over to the table to address my mother. At the table the volume of her voice and attitude was completely unacceptable. I had to say do you think you need to lower you tone of voice people in here surely don't need to hear this while they finnish their meals. Not once did she attempt to apologise for the wait, just continued to provide excuses. Then she said do you just want a full refund, very rudely and frankly extremely abruptly. Now this wasn't what I asked for, I simple wanted an explanation as the extremely long time delay in a pub of 6 people? The body language and non verbal communication exuded was appalling and not a level I expect to be treated with from a manager of a busy establishment. The food as always was lovely when we eventually had it, and the bar staff were lovely. This is the 1st time I've ever seen this lady (manager) and she has now ruined my experience of coming to the Three Magpies.

Food was reasonably priced however we waited 25 minutes for it..no apologies for the wait. The food was ok when it finally arrived

Close to local airport hotels. Food was ok pub food and was enjoyed. Service was a bit slow one guy working the bar and also taking dinner orders. Normal wait was 5-10 mins to get a drink.
