So Ticketmaster. Yet again you have excelled in the ability to F people over! Tickets cannot go on sale until time specified but when time comes, oh! F me I am in a Q waiting to get through as opposed to getting through immediately. All of a sudden, shock horror no tickets after 30 seconds. You are a bunch of W ⚓️'s(all capitals btw).

I wish people would wake up to you and other organisations like you that have us money paying public by the short n curlies, if we want to go see something listen to someone etc. Instead of bending over a receiving 1! Everyone ignores the fact that they are being ripped off!

I would like to complain in the strogest terms about the change to our ticket reservations for the John Bishop show on October 22 2017 (I have the booking reference, along with the all previous emails, if you would like to contact me).



Yesterday I received a call and an email to inform me that the seats my wife and I had booked "should not have been allocated" and we have now been relocated. When we looked at the map we discovered that we have been moved to what appears to be a much more inferior position than where we were originally placed.



I appreciate that the seats should not have been allocated in the first place, but I should also point out that if the seats that we have now been allocated had been offered originally we would not have proceeded with the booking.



To fleece a customer in this way and not even given them any right of reply is pretty outrageous.



In the very least I would have expected equivalent seating or even a refund; instead I received a very curt 2 line email stating that as a "gesture of goodwill" you would return my service charge (a service charge for using an automated booking system at that!). The tickets cost close to £100 - I suppose that may not seem like a lot of money to you but for your customers who choose to spend their hard-earned cash with you, it is. The least you can do is honour the transaction.



We were looking forward to this event, now I'm not sure we want to bother even going. One thing is certain, though, we won't be using Ticketmaster again.

Shame on you i lost all day for looking for prices for Phil Collins concert on your site. You shouldn't run this if you don't know how to do it. On your site is like only "Face value" 150& per ticket but you didn't write it's like 800 for first seats!!!! Waited from 9am to buy tickets and had only information that I cannot buy it. You guys suck.

My tickets for Depeche Mode didn't arrive and I cannot reach Customer service for days. The event is today and I don't have my tickets!!!!!! Worst service ever...

My ticket master gift card has expired �. I'm afraid I wasn't aware that this would happen and I have tried so many times to use the card without success. My husband and I have been looking for an affordable event, in our local area but each time we chose something it was not available through ticket master. For example, in September last year I received advance notice from the theatre royal and concert hall, Nottingham about 'An Officer and a Gentleman' coming in July. Went straight onto ticket master to book and it was only available in Birmingham, I kept looking and eventually it also became available in Dublin. I have now purchased tickets directly from the Nottingham venue and put my gift card in the trash. I will never purchase one as a gift and would certainly not advise anyone else to.

Im really disappointed with this company. We are trying to buy tickets for a concert in June/18 and I was trying to gift my wife as she have a dream to take a picture with the singer. I was happy to pay the price for the ticket, and we are just waiting for the time to open the sales. Once the sales started, we cannot have chose 4 seats one next to each other. If my wife wanna have a VIP pack and we wanna another 3 tickets, we need to stay opposite side and my wife will be alone during the whole concert. OR WE NEED TO BUY A VIP PACK AND ANOTHER 4 SEATS (WAST MONEY)....#TICKETMASTER didnt do nothing to help us....DIDNT CONTACT US TO GIVE ANY POSITION and I lose the opportunity to give a nice gift to my wife as she have a dream to stay next the singer.

If i could give a zero i would. Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I woke up at 4:45am est to try and purchase tickets for the eagles and jaguars London game. I was so excited when i got two tickets, but that excitement was short-lived because when i submitted my payment, the page just disappeared and took me back to the home page. i requested 2 tickets again and of course it was then soldout. This was to be part of our honeymoon and now I am ticketless. Thanks ticketmaster.

I have had no response from the customer service emails I have sent and as they are too busy to answer the phone it seems they are completely uncontactable! My event is this Friday and I have no tickets despite the website saying they have now all been dispatched. This is the worst customer service and I am worried I am going to miss out now despite having booked and paid back in December! Disgusting, sort out your customer service TicketmasterUK. Will not be booking through it again.

Flight of the Conchords, all London Apollo dates sold out within minutes of going on sale. But wait, all the tickets appear to be available on secondary sellers sites (some actually owned by Ticketmaster) at vastly inflated prices. How can companies still get away with this, I thought the government had done something about it? It’s a rip off, immoral and amounts to holding customers hostage!

THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT FFS!!

Disgusting treatment by Ticketmaster. It seems like a total 'rip off' to me. Tried to buy 2 x tickets for my wife and I to see Peter Kay in Sheffield as soon as they came on sale. After numerous failed attempts I managed to select two tickets at £108 each only to be thrown out at payment! Saw link to Getmein on website (sister company) went through on link to be offered tickets in a worse location for £385!! Disgusting that a so called reputable company are and are being permitted to sell in this way!!!! I've also reported this practice to trading standards! I think everyone should do the same (unless of course you happen to be one of the sellers 'ripping' people off on Getmein!

Just a quick message to share my excitement and gratitude at receiving my tickets for a gig after returning home from a stressful day out today. I couldn’t believe it when I walked in the front door to see mail waiting with my name on it! I carefully opened the envelope and couldn’t wait to see what was inside. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I realised my tickets had come! What a surprise! You know I would have been even more thrilled if the tickets were for a gig at some stage in the future and not for an event that took place last night! what a downer that was. What a pity.. I’m sure everyone else enjoyed it though! I’m glad all of their tickets arrived in time! Now this wouldn’t be that much of a problem only I rang customer service 6 days before the gig and told them I hadn’t received the tickets. Two of your useless customer service advisors told me that the tickets had been printed on the 15th of February. Seeing as I live in Ireland and the gig was in the UK I knew they might take an extra day or two to arrive. Now unless they were sent by owl or message in a bottle across the Irish sea, I’d absolutely love to know how they took over 5 weeks to deliver! Please, feel free to enlighten me. Can’t imagine the postman was walking around with them in his pocket for a few weeks keeping them safe, can you? It is very plausible though that your customer service idiots put them in the post 8 days ago when I called to say I had not received them yet and they just tried to play it cool. They were probably hoping that they’d arrive in time.. God love them. Now I did ask your useless “customer service agent” #2 Daniel if I could have it in writing (in an email) that my tickets were posted and lost in the mail, and he refused point blank to send me this email. It all makes sense now. So in conclusion, This is just a quick thank you! Thank you for being so useless, not only in your A+ attempt at delivering tickets on time, but in your non-attempt at customer service when I called last week. It is clear from your lack of email addresses on your website and your 20 minute call wait times that you have no concern about your customers what so ever. Perhaps in the future I might float across the sea on a rubber duck to collect my tickets before bringing them home, because evidently, That would be more efficient.
