Wednesday - Nice and Hard Training Session.

Last night training with guest instructors Sensei Mark and Sensei Stephen of Bishop's Stortford Kyokushin Karate going through some high grades kata followed with nice sparring and good laughs at our local pub. Thanks for coming over, great to train with You, Osu!
