Visited purely for the hello kitty pop up. Loved the hello kitty matcha latte, especially as the hello kitty face stayed put the whole time. Tried the dorayaki and the matcha berry sundae which were lovely. It's a shame the hello kitty pop up is ending soon as I would love to come back to try the hello kitty matcha frappe and other desserts, but would still come back to try the rest of the menu.

The Hello Kitty Pop up shop was so cute! Amazing Poke bowls friendly staff and a nice variety of toppings available. The shop decor and atmosphere was also pretty. I would come here everyday if I could.

I visited this restaurant with my friends yesterday to try Hello Kitty menu. We waited 2 hours but it was worth it! Staff was very polite and hard working, didn't stop for a minute! I was very impressed. Food was beautifully served and it was delicious. Thank you for this positive experience.

I had a great time at the hello kitty pop-up the food was amazing and service with a smile. Had the Chinese curry rice and matcha latte coffee which was a first for me was a bit sceptic as it was green but surprised it tasted ok. If anyone thinking of going please do a great lunch and great day for me ����

First time ever to a Tombo and went especially for the pop up Hello Kitty.. the poke Salmon bowl was really tasty and service was great. Would return 😊😋

food was ok, the hello kitty takeover was limited and a bit weak, but my girlfriend enjoyed the salmon pokē and the teriyaki chicken and rice was tasty

I want to give better rating but can't due to the fact they were not consistent with the service. Just realised I have been cheated out of a cookie from my hot drink because the server probably forgotten to serve that. Only realised it because my friend who ordered later got it, the table to my right got it and by the time I realised I didn't get it, was too late as I have already left and just stupidly suffered from troubled sleep last night because I was quite upset. Went there to try as many stuffs as budget allowed and realising I missed out was quite upsetting. The service was friendly and desserts delicious but I'm just a bit upset.

I hate to say but I was a bit disappointed after having to wait over 30 minutes for a table the food was not up to much we ordered the matcha green latte which was slightly cold and the matcha cupcake very dry it was presented with a feeble little hello kitty iced sweet. It was not what I had been advertised to believe, never mind I got to spend some quality hello kitty with my friend.
