This is an authentic burger place. High quality food at great prices. A good place to go to have good food and fun and a great environment.

The food was excellent!! The classic with bacon and cheese was freshly made in front of you and cooked to Perfection.. reasonably priced.. friendly staff... would defo come again

The burger is tender, meat is fresh and fries � are thin and super crisp and come in a very large portion.

It was delicious, fries were great too!

Staff are lovely and fast service, great atmosphere and nice cool student decor.

The chefs are young, dapper and very hard working they make everything from scratch it was a good evening out with friends.

Okay guys you have a great concept, fantastic burgers and an average drinks selection but how can you justify your prices. I knew what I was getting into because I saw the price list but I couldn't be a returning customer over and over again. Its cost me £18.70 for a Burger, chips and a beer. That's like more than 3 hours graft on minimum wage after tax guys. Please have a rethink because I really love your food 😢

£22 for two plain, undercooked burgers, burnt fries and a child size coke. Slight redemption in the free drinks offered for our trouble but shouldn’t be this hard to get it right first time?

After suffering stomach upsets due to a woefully undercooked burger in a previous visit, I gave the benefit of the doubt on their Veggie Burger meal deal. You can't possibly mess that up, right? WRONG. So deep frying a frozen Veggie pattie requires the insides to be actually warm and not still FROZEN. The chips were soggy limp overly salted matchsticks. £12.65 for essentially a can of drink because the rest was inedible. Don't do takeaway because you can't complain when you've left and returned to work to eat the crap I bought.

Spend some time turning around the orders instead of rushing to serve everyone crap.

Asked to change an order 15sec after placing it (and wanted to upgrade) but told that's not possible as the ticket is already printed. Impossible to cancel and place a new one I am told - ok fine.

The burger and fries arrive - the fries are rock solid. We ask to change to fries and get the "look". We start the burger waiting for the fries - and there's something wrong with it... second bite, realise that the bun is almost wet and definitely cold. Meat overcooked. Thinking about asking to do something about it, but looking at the till we keep getting "the look", so let it be. Getting the 2nd fries (brought to the table - just not nicely, not a word), and they are over salted (and I love salt...). Tks.

Poor quality burger for the price! Expected better ingredients. Disgusting sweet potato fries - soft and yuk � �� Compared to this even McDonald's will be better!!!
