So,The Boss has taken The Management on the annual trip to the Sainte Marie fossil show and we will not be open this weekend. Before you think this is all fun bear in mind it is over 40 degrees centigrade(105 farenheit) and we have been carrying rocks all day.The Management has turned a fetching shade of Norwegian pink and The Boss gas just turned grumpy.Photos to follow.

After what seems an age ,we will be open and fully functional this weekend.Tons of stock to get through before the new stuff can be brought in,so if you want something big and are waving cash at us this would be a good weekend to come on down

This is getting really annoying ,but it cant be helped. The Boss has an unpleasent dose of Valley Fever that he brought home from the Tucson show. You wouldn,t want to be near him at the moment.Any of his friends from the show should keep an eye on any illness, cough or fever as this is about when it would manifest itself,The good news is that it shows the ability of fungii to live under extreme circumstances. If you can survive in the Bosses' lungs you have to be tough. So,we are not open this weekend but will at least try to have a plan b for next weekend

Due to illness we wont be opening this weekend,30/31 March.Hopefully back next weekend but cant be sure. Will keep you updated.

The little thingamywotsit that broke and stopped the Jubilee Market lift from working has been fixed so we are pleased to announce that we will be working this weekend. And by "we" I of course mean The Management who will be making her last appearance this month.Come in,tell her how wonderful she is and get great deals on stuff.Tell her I said so just to see the look on her face.

User

Unfortunately the lift at the Jubilee Market has died and The Management has decided that she doesnt want to carry hundreds of kilos of rocks up and down stairs this weekend. Thus we are closed until next week, which will be your last chance to see her in action for a while. After that you will be at the tender mercies of The Boss who has returned from his little adventure and is looking forward to separating you from your money.

So,the Tucson show is over.A big thank you to Brian,Kendal,Rob,Leon,Gael, Martin and Ruben for putting up with my quirks and in the case of Rob ,Martin and Ruben doing my heavy lifting for me.And a fond(?) farewell to the Big Brown Tent. You were a nightmare, but you were our nightmare.

User

We will be opening this weekend after our return from the frozen north.Since the Bosses living space is full of crates of rocks please help me by buying lots of big stuff before she returns in two weeks time.

User

Last weekend of the year at Covent Garden. The Management is Christmasing with family in the Frozen North and the Boss will be moose spotting. So,it's this weekend or wait until January folks.....

User

Sorry folks, but due to circumstances we wont be open on the weekend of 1st /2nd September.Hopefully back for the weekend after

So,in the interest of science the whole staff of this establishment went to see"The Meg" today.Granted, alcohol was involved but this is our official review: The plot is suspiciously close to that of Airplane!(if you're old enough to remember that one) crossed with Jurassic Park number 3.The dialogue and acting were pretty awful and the storyline glaringly obvious. That said,The Management appreciated Mr.Statham's torso and the shark itself was pretty good.A bucket of popcorn and aforementioned alcohol made it fun.Basically, more shark less Statham next time please.Or just all shark. So,take the kids or send me the money you would have spent on admission and popcorn and I'll send you your very own meg tooth.Your choice.

Sorry to report that the stall will not be open this weekend,21st/22nd July due to illness.Should be back next weekend.

The Management realising the pleasure of being in charge of a multi-national corporation.Post Sainte Marie show, relaxing at the new office.

User

Just to let you know that we won't be in Covent Garden this weekend,23rd June.Instead we will in France, playing with fossils, eating good food and drinking local wine on your behalf. We suffer so that you don't have to,

User

So,heres the thing:the Jublee Market llfts have died ,meaning no rocks could be brought up from the basement this weekend and I am in Norway recovering from the stresses of the last year. Thus,no work this weekend.Next weekend depends on whether the lift gets fixed.......

User

For reasons beyond our control we will not be open this weekend,17-18 March.Back next weekend and then away 31st March-1st April. After that we should be in Covent Garden every weekend until the end of June.

User

Due to the arctic weather we will not be open this weekend,3/3/18.Back the weekend after.Sorry about that
