Lovely people great customer service enjoyed my time in the shop

Amelia our Personal Shopper was wonderful. Fantastic eye for fashion. I would thoroughly recommend her and personal shopping experience. The most fun I've ever had shopping. Thank you Amelia and Top Shop.

Service is always slow and staff never interested in serving customers. They wander around the store and ignore the till.

Really terrible and frustrating customer experience. The worst I had in quite a while.

I went to this branch with one specific garment in mind, that was clearly stated as available on the website in the size I needed.

Went to the first floor, could not find it, asked for assistance, was dragged around and finally told to have a look downstairs with a "I'm pretty sure we had it" phrase but no further assistance.

Went downstairs, another 10 mins looking for it, no luck. Asked another assistant for help: "It should be upstairs". When I mentioned that I was already upstairs and that someone had just sent me down, got told I should ask at the tills for assistance to check the stock, again, no further assistance offered.

Queued for about 10 mins for one of the two available tills to be available, when I was finally able to talk to someone, I got the same "it should be upstairs" phrase. I mentioned all the story and was told "if we have it is definitely upstairs, because all of this products are there, if it's not there, we don't have it". I asked if the stock showing online is not correct or up-to-date, because it definitely shows that the garment I was looking for is available and also in different sizes.

After mentioning this, I was finally told that if it's showing online, it means that they probably had it somewhere in the stockroom, but since they were doing stocktake (at 15:45 on a Sunday) they could not ask for the product to be located and therefore there was else to be done.

"Sorry about that."

I was "pushed around" the store, when I had a very simple request, with a photo of the product in my hands, with its name and description and simply could not find anyone with the minimum will to help me.

I understand that weekends are busy, but only he final assistant was busy (at the till), no one was running around.

I will definitely skip this branch next time and stick to the one in Oxford street, that despite its massive size and amount of people in, still has a way more attentive and willing to help staff.

I think its disgusting that you are AGAIN selling clothing that is made from Angora! Your promise to Peta only last year to stop using this product was obviously a LIE. You know exactly what the poor Rabbits have to endure but obviously profit means more to you than animal welfare! I wonder if your customers would feel so cosy wearing Angora if they could see the blood & hear the screams that went into making it!
