Shopped in Topshop yesterday for my sons prom suit!!! We struggled to put things together. Until a lady came over and asked to take our clothes to the changing rooms. I advised her we were thinking about seeing the personal shopper for some help. She was so happy to help, as she was a personal shopper. It was no trouble to look for ties, different size waistcoats, trousers. While we waited for Archie, who tried on a few suits. We sat in lovely air conditioned room with availability to cold drinks and a jar of cookies........😄😄 Archie eventually found his suit, we left very happy. Which was down to the lovely Gamuchirai!!!! She was a super star. Thank you for your help and patience. Xx

Loved it, but spent way too much money, it's such a great lay out and you can find everything in there from, Hairdresser, Brow Bar, Beauticians, Cafe and more x

Booked the personal shopper experience for my niece for her 16th birthday and my daughter who has just turned 13. They chose Yasmin who was brilliant. She picked out 8 outfits for each of them and they looked amazing in all of them. It was hard to pick the best ones as could easily have bought them all. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed sitting on the comfy sofa outside the changing room and the complimentary tea/coffee too!

I love this shop ! Staff helpful when needed ! Although I think the till staff should learn how to fold clothes after spending £100s I expect a little more care then screwing up in a bag ! I love the lay out of the shop and can find what your looking for ! You need more toilets always packed ! And air conditioning would be good it’s so hot ! My trip to London would t be the same if I didn’t visit the shop .

I LOVE TOPSHOP, don't get me wrong,it's the delivery service-Aramex and Fastway couriers in Australia that Topshop uses is horrendous!

South Australia use to have a small Topshop but since it's closed, we have to resort to buying online,which generally I don't mind doing.



Please check out the reviews on this Fastway delivery service, it's all 1 stars and bad service. My package was delivered to a business of a different address and didn't confirm the recipients identify upon delivery and was signed and received by a stranger- if I didn't follow this up so persistent ly I wouldn't have reclaimed my package.



So again,I love Topshop but the delivery service selected for Australia is substandard, please look into this.

Loved the Stranger Things stuff you had, me and all my friends did the telekinetic thing in the window. Was just disappointed the Stranger Things top and jumper I wanted wasn't available and so, wasn't able to reach the limit needed to get the limited edition tote bag :(

I'm not sure when top shop Oxford circus decided it was better than its customers, but I've never been in a store with such rude staff. For the half hour that I was in there, I wasn't acknowledged once. From trying on, to checking out. The people on the fitting rooms didn't even bother stopping their conversation. Instead my items were snatched from me, counted, and thrust back at me with a number tag. Definitely makes you think twice before spending money when you feel like you're an inconvenience to those who work there.

I have had a bad experience at the till. It had happened the same in the past and this was the main reason why I wasn't going to top shop anymore until Sunday. When I went to buy a pair of shoes and at the till there was a girl completely new I guess since she didn't seem to pay attention to the transition while I was paying with my card and then the computer - a very old one - got stuck and they couldn't get a receipt. Then a guy came to help her and they hold me there waiting half an hour. I asked if I could leave since the pos clearly showed that the payment had been approved but they made me pay again and today I've checked my bank account and there is a double payment!!! Not only I've waited half an hour there plus having two people telling me for sure I was wrong!!! ??? The customer is always right and now I have been charged twice... will have to get in touch with customer service (until I explain what happened it'll take hours) wait for days until my money will be refunded ... for what??? People not trained to work properly put on a Sunday afternoon when the store is busy and not even listening to the customer!!! FAILURE!!! Will buy your brand but only online or from department stores!

Topshop needs to sort out its transphobic issues!! Travis Alabanza was dragged by the media after they were denied access to changing rooms last year. TopShop did nothing. And only now, have reached out.



Similarly last year, I was denied access to an unmarked changing room (it did not say male or female on it). They employee told me I couldn’t use the room because I was a man. I told her that I didn’t identify as a “man”. The employee laughed in my face and don’t be “don’t get sassy.” I was so hurt and embarrassed that I left the on sale culottes and left the store. I have not been back.



I contacted TopShop and provided them all the details at their request. They NEVER got back to me.



TopShop, get with the times please. Educate your staff and stop policing queer people’s gender.

They had my passport but still putted the wrong country name for my tax refund form, no so smart on this isn’t it ! Second, I bought a pack of socks today and they tell me there is no paper bag for my stuff !!!

My daughter messaged you about faulty jeans which you said to take back to friars walk Newport..my mother (her nan) took back today which the lady in shop listened &then said my daughter could have an exchange if she brought them herself . .tell your grandaughter to do her own "dirty work" my mum taken back walked away thought about what she said went back &asked for the manager...which the"lovely"assistant said I am the manager... my mum then said well I think your disgraceful &I'm going to report you....which she replied ..feel free ...absolutely disgusting to talk like that to a my mother anyone who's customer....well I want a number top shop I want to take this further

It's funny that Topshop Oxford Circus have put a rainbow flag on the front of their building but their fitting room staff turn away trans & non binary customers who they see as "male" & don't have unisex fitting rooms. If you're gonna use the pride flag give your staff more training & help support the trans community rather than alienating them & pushing them out of your store & then ignoring them when they email to make you aware of the situation. This has happened to so many friends now it's quite shocking!

It was my first time when I ordered from TopShop. I ordered It from Germany on Tuesday 29th and paid express delivery because my flight was on next Tuesday. From the website I got to know that the delivery day is Friday 1st. However, I did not get my parcel. As I figured out from DPD post service that they received the parcel from TopShop only on Friday and that one was in UK not in Germany. TopShop do not pick up calls and I could connect with Topshop franchise in Germany and a lady tried to help me and give the money for delivery back. However, the parcel is not found. I have my flight tomorrow and ask Topshop either to deliver the parcel to another address or refund money.

If you want buy from TopShop buy directly never use their delivery service. It is the worst one in the World!!!

If I could give it 0 star, I would. Yesterday I bought 2 shirts (50 and 58 pounds) by Jovona. When I arrived to the hotel I realized that one of the shirts was a little stained and had a strange smell. I went today to return it (label on, receipt ok). I explained to the lady of Returns and Exchanges about why I wanted to return the item. She told me they could not accept it because it was worn. I explained AGAIN that the item was bought like that and she saw that the tag was on, so she went to call a manager. The manager, named FAHAD arrived 20 minutes later, wasting my precious time, and he was with the WORST attitude. He just said like a broken record "The receipt is ok, the tag is ok, but we can not take it back, call this number if you want". He was very rude, very impolite and -I risk to say- he was discriminating me because I was a "tourist", even though I return to London every few months. I told him I've spent hundreds of $ in TOPSHOP USA and in TOPSHOP U.K., but he just kept telling me "call this number". I explained that I was leaving London and that I did not have the time to call Customer Care, but he said "that's all I have to say" and he just left (could he be more rude than that? God!). I've been shopping in TOPSHOP for the last 21 years, but today was the last time I've set foot there. What kind of salespeople do you hire? Wow. I was so anguished because of FAHAD attitude that I called Customer Care while in Oxford Circus and I waited for over 15 minutes and no one picked up. Is that Customer Care a ghost number or what? My god, I'm so angry at Topshop. Today you robbed me 50 pounds, but you lost a customer forever. I will make the formal complaint to a Trading Standards officer. Shame on you, Fahad and TOPSHOP.

I ordered my dress last Wednesday so that I had time to try it on before my event today. I still hadn’t received it yesterday so I re-ordered the same item but as an express delivery so that it could arrive today no later than 1pm in store as confirmed on the website. I am very disappointed as I still haven’t heard back and no sign of the dress arriving at Topshop Oxford Circus. The event has now passed and I am very upset about this. The customer service is unacceptable and it has taken over week now.

Horrendous customer services, the shop assistants make you loose money and time, very unprofessional, unfriendly. Obviously it’s a massive store so they don’t care about customers. What a shame!

Had an extremely bad experience! Absolutely ridiculous, went into the changing room with 5 items and stated the fact "i have 5 items" yet the member of staff in there gave me a 6 item tag, when I came out i obviously only had 5 items and so I told the worker what i had assumed had happened, but no she called over her colleague to ask what he had given me and how many items he thought I had and he replied "i dont even remember her" (fair enough there are a lot of customers) but baring in mind I had all jeans and nowhere i could possibly be stashing them since I had nothing on me and wasn't exactly wearing baggy clothing, i then had to wait for a member of security. I was waiting between 10-15 minutes for someone who never came before they bothered to let me go, all the while I had customers staring at me whilst the staff told me constantly security was coming, and because the member of staff had left her post other customers were giving me their clothes thinking I was a member of staff. EXTREMELY embarrassing situation, and I didn't even recieve an apology

Awful experience with your personal shopping service today. Took my daughter for her 16th birthday gift and it was absolutely appalling. A complete waste of our time and left with one very dissapointed birthday girl. But she is currently in Urban Outfitters spending the money she would have otherwise spent with you!
