Morning all! Ok, we had great fun with this 'where am I' competition which ran until this morning. Each day actually had a clue of some sort...Day 1 was the sandy beach and blue skies, Day 2...if you looked closely had the world famous 'Jamaica Inn' (where Churchill frequented) in the background, Day 3 showed the type of electric plug system they use and Day 4 was of course Jamaica's favourite beer.
So, that meant a draw on Saturday (Day 4) of winners. We have just randomly chosen one of the correct answers and it was....POLLY POWERS! Well done Polly...message us your email address please and we'll send you your £25 Amazon voucher. Well done all :)

With so many companies to choose from I wasn't sure how long it would take to make my choice. I had researched the marketplace and narrowed it down to 3. Sure, the price you pay is important and TM are certainly competitive, but it's also important to remember that "you often only get what you pay for".



What struck me, and what set them aside from the rest at the very outset, was the speed and efficiency to which they respond to e-mails/phone calls etc.



The service was excellent, as were the products and I am delighted in choosing TM to produce my products for me.



A special mention has to go out to Katie Jackson and Ahmet Sozalp� who were simply fist class.

Us and our customers love all the personalised products we have received from Total Merchandise. Cannot fault their flawless customer service from start to end, so friendly and helpful, especially Kelly and Elizabeth who we worked with. We would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using again if we need any products in future.

The only place we could find to offer A3 wall planners where we could edit the colours, add our logo etc. They responded quickly to our enquiry. Within a few hours, they showed us what the planner would look like in our brand colours. Fantastic service! We weren't in a rush for them but within a week, they were delivered. Really well packaged and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the paper and print finish. This is the best service I've ever had from a merchandising company.

Really impressed. I called in a panic as I needed some branded memory sticks within two working days, rather than the normal three. Everyone at the company chipped in to make this happen, and kept me informed and updated at every step of the process. The merchandise arrived in plenty of time for two key meetings and the quality of the work was really impressive. I will use them again, and recommend their services to anyone who asks.

Really impressed with the branded prosecco we have sent out for company Christmas gifts. Label and printing quality is excellent, delivery was exactly as stated (and earlier than requested!) and Abbie was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from start to finish - I spoke to both Katie and Ahmet who were both incredibly helpful and also really prompt with their replies, the artwork came through to me the day after I placed the order even though I didn't have the file type that they needed, and even when I needed changes making to one of the designs, the turnaround was less than a day.



The orders have all come within a week and the products are fantastic! We will definitely be using Total Merchandise again in the future.

Our Brownie units order from Total Merchandise and I needed some bags for Rainbows (fed up with the official ones!!). The process was very quick and Beth was very helpful on the phone and by email. I work for an infant school in Essex. We recently ordered 100 personalised bears to give to our year 2 children as a leaving present. We are really happy with the quality of the bears and we know the children will love them. We will definitely use Total Merchandise again in the future as they worked hard to resolve issues and provide our order on time.

I contacted them in urgency to make 1000 drawstring bags and I did not have the proper format of the logo to apply on the bags. Their service (Natalie) was fantastic and hugely helpful as she worked on our logo and formatted it in the proper size. Great service - I asked them if they could do something really last minute - and it arrived the day before I needed it! That was ordered on Monday, artwork supplied, alteration requested, new artwork approved, all in about an hour, delivery on Thursday. These were favours for a birthday party and the recipient loved them.

Stressful, inconvenient, and timely!

I'm using this company to get some items for the charity I volunteer for and it's just been one stress after another!

Not accepting a JPEG file of my artwork, them re-doing my artwork and it being completely different to what I asked for and not answering emails until the next day. Maybe it's because we are a charity, but I won't be using these guys again!

Very poor service with countless mistakes along the way that ended up with me having to pay 200 pounds extra to make sure I received my goods on time . I was sent a wrong delivery date for my product that still has not been delivered having taken time off work . All in all a complete lack of professionalism from start to finish .
