It was this lovely lady's first time trying an eyebrow tint & she was a tad nervous about having 'two slugs on her face', as many people are! So we kept the tint nice and subtle to ease her in. Post having my baby my skin has been a little more tricky than usual so I challenged Emma to see if Heaven was up to the task. Verdict. Absolutely!!!

The products smell devine and feel even more so.

Emma did a complete 'diagnosis' on my face and tailored what she used. I loved that she talked me through the products and ingredients as she used them, her knowledge is impressive!

The facial massage was sooooo relaxing and at this point I totally drifted away, very needed calm time. Whilst the mask was working my hands were indulged with a massage too! After an hour of pure pleasure I felt amazing mentally and my skin looked more plump and so much brighter! So much so I was happy to take an almost make up free selfie! Check out my Heaven glow!

I desperately needed a facial and eyebrow shaping to feel myself again, but am currently immobile and housebound following an operation. Emma was brilliant, she responded to my request within a couple of hours and booked me in so quickly. She created an environment in my home which was just like those I have experienced when visiting a beautician, a mobile treatment bed, plush towels, even down to the gentle & relaxing music and we began.

An hour later, Carrie was back! My face was beautifully softened, moisturised and loved her treatment, and my eyebrows are back where they belong!

I never really knew what to expect from a mobile technician, however, Emma’s expertise, professionalism and fantastic service would lead me to book her time and again - just wonderful!
