The glutes are a big (and beautiful) muscle group made up of the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus. For many people the appearance is the top priority when it comes to their posterior but they play an important role in enabling us to do everyday movements such as stand, walk and sit. They support the pelvis and hips and are responsible for the movement of the hip and thigh. Stretch those glutes! Quick breakfast ideas... First one was green thus feeling very virtuous! Tasted nice and filled me up while I saw first client of the day and did a tempo run. (I made this last night and blitzed it at 6:30am to take with me in the car.) I’ve just had my other breakfast and it took minutes to make. Easy peasy and healthy too. Getting my veggies in, the all important proteins, carbs and good fats. Winner!

These little bad boys make me want to sing out loud ‘suck on my chocolate salty balls!’ But anyway, they’re lush. I can’t take the credit, I was given the recipe from a friend but they’re easy peasy and you just blitz up the 6 ingredients and roll into balls, coat in desiccated coconut and whack in the fridge. Top tip of the day.... Don’t buy pink lemonade lucozade for a running drink. Epic fail as once opened mid run you are highly likely to get covered! Oh and also buy good running socks.

Tots, Squats & Coffee Pots is an excellent way to safely get back into exercise after pregnancy and even better you can take your babies along with you. Classes are structured so you work at your own pace. I never thought I would be able to run again after having my son but Kelly helped me build up confidence so that I could get back into running. I can highly recommend these classes, great way to meet new friends and get back into shape :)

Today's class was my first foray back into exercise after having my baby 11 weeks ago. It was tough but great fun with Kelly pushing you just that little bit further than you thought possible whilst also providing baby-holding services! I also trained with Kelly throughout my pregnancy as wanted to keep some element of fitness which I think has really helped in my C-section recovery. It is also why I know Kelly is right qualified person to get me back into shape!!

Today's class in the park was great. We worked hard, squats, lunges, press ups, jumps and a bit of running too-I can feel my belly melting away, ha ha! Always feels good to get some fresh air and exercise, and chat with other lovely mums and tots. Thanks Kelly xxx

Love this class! Was my ultimate saviour not only for getting me fit and helping me lose my extra weight (kelly will def push you if you want to) buts It's a great way to meet new mums and socialise. Two kids later and back at work I still try to go to weekend classes and see my tots friends for wine after a long day at work!

Love it! Definitely signing up. Kelly is great and adapted things for me as needed, but I still had a bloomin good hard workout! And the treats at the end made it even nicer

Kelly is an inspiring down to earth trainer who will quietly take note of any post natal needs you might have and ensure your routine is safe, fun and time efficient. Pre pregnancy I viewed exercise as a solo thing, Kelly's classes have shown me the benefits of working with a strong group and teacher. I feel much stronger and fitter just a few weeks into Kelly's sessions and more inspired to get a level of fitness back- she makes it fun.

I loved the first class! The challenge I was looking for and am now ready for, after four months since my baby delivery! I hope to be able to join at least once a week. Thanks to Kelly for being such a great trainer and for helping when my little one became a bit fussy! X

I cannot stress just how good these classes are. Kelly and Nicky are brilliant teachers and no matter how many people attend the class they manage to be attentive to each individual's requirements. They gently encourage you so that you end each class feeling you have had a really good work out. On top of that it is lovely for the "tots", they are all happy to lie / sit / crawl / walk (eat grass) whilst all the mums exercise.

It has also been a fab way to meet other mums and everyone I have met at squats has been really lovely.

I have now returned to work and miss these classes so much, though it is nice when people now comment that I don't look like I've had a baby, all thanks to these classes!!

I cannot rate Kelly highly enough. Incredibly knowledgeable about post natal fitness and really broadened my exercise regime to make it more enjoyable. Thank you, Kelly!

Fantastic class! I found it hard getting back into shape after a having a baby but these classes were perfect. I was completely out of shape but the class had options for all levels of fitness and Kelly is an expert specifically in post-natal fitness and recovery. Exercises could be tailored with options around specific post-natal conditions. The best part of all was that it was baby friendly! My son would often sit and watch me from his buggy or play mat or play with the other little ones. Kelly was very accommodating to feeding / changing etc during class as required and even entertained my son on the odd occasion when he kicked off mid class!

Kelly had a great work hard play hard attitude and even held the occasional prosecco picnic after class! It was the perfect balance for a busy parent :)
