I am really disappointed with the website. It has not let me log in for a whole month saying Ooops something went wrong. I used to be able to access the classes and book via the Facebook page.. but it looks like the Book Now button has been removed. Can you please let me know a better way to book classes? Calling reception is not a great option either as no one answers (I know that's usually because there is a queue of people they are dealing with).

Other than this... I am really happy with the classes and the facilities.

User

Faclities really improved since under new management. The gym, which i use the most, has a real nice feel to it. Lets hope that the membership doesn't grow too large though as it feels good partly due to the adequate number of users. Swimming pool needs to open slide more often and have more larger cubicles. Cubicles need to have walls that go to the floor to stop anyone invading privacy, especially since women and children are mixed. Not happy about having to pay to use the car park, as this adds to the cost of the membership. Car parking should be free for all members.

User

I visited the gym to attend a new body scuplt class. There was only 1 member of staff behind the counter and a small child sitting on the counter. Im not a member and was told on fb that the class would be an introductory offer of £5. The guy had no idea and charged me £7.20. Didnt want to debate as the class was about to start and there were 7 people queing up behind me. Not a great impression for my first time.

User

Aqua aerobics classes are amazing, except when the water is a tad on the cooler side, but the enthusiasm of the instructor gets us going! The cross trainer in the gym is fantastic for really beasting you out! and Pilates and Yoga really keep you toned up...

User

nobody ever available to pick up the phone! been waiting for half hour, what's going on?

User

Tottenham Green needs a good clean! Changing rooms are smelly and filthy sports hall is full of dust. There has been a broken bench in the female changing room for over a year and steam room is certainly not cleaned daily! Have complained to head office but still nothing

User

I only used the sports hall but the staff here are super rude

User

What a joke. Pool use on a Sunday is split into one hour sessions. This isn't advertised on the website. After you've changed you get less than an hour. Why you can't stay as long as you want is beyond me. The reception staff have to constantly explain this baffling policy to everyone. Sort it out

User

Tottenham green have introduced a new rule where parents can only take one child in the pool on a Saturday morning (instead of two as it has been for the last 5+ year that we have been going there) just because they have put some floats in the water. Last week it was fine to take two children in on a Saturday morning after there lesson (I did exactly that) but this week the rules state you need one parent per child. Absolutely ridiculous. No one asked for the floats so if it really is that dangerous then take then out!

User

Took my money for a class booking online, but in-branch staff said my booking was not on the system. I showed them my email confirmation of payment- the guys only response "your not on the system" so I couldn't attend a class I had already been charged £6.90 for.

Used their website contact form, also messaged them through Facebook - it's now been 3 weeks and no response from anywhere. Their customer service is non-existant and I'm having to claim through my bank to get a refund on charges from them- Shit leisure centre!

User

The staff are so dam rude and it's a joke trying to get through on the phone staff need to be trained on customer service skills it's an absolute joke I would not have put even one star but it doesn't give you that choice you need to fix up.....

User

The Tottenham pool is much cleaner than Park Road but suffers from incompetent staff, broken showers, too often a broken sauna and/or steam room, no soap etc in loos) . There seems little enthusiasm from any member of staff to actually do anything to fix, repair, help....the lethargic energy ironic given it should be a place of fitness and enthusiasm.

The queuing at reception problematic. Especially If paying to park. Can easily use up half an hour whilst one or two reception attendants answer joining queries leaving actual members waiting to use the facilities. Apart from one receptionist, the others have zero interest in engaging or listening to questions, comments, thoughts. After three months of no soap dispenser in one of the disabled changing rooms I suggested this might compromise health and safety. It took almost as much time again before this was fixed.

And, despite it being a swimming pool, lane swimming times so minimised it is almost impossible to use at the weekend. Or after work with swim clubs being given precedence. Or private parties. Thus actively excluding actual members from using the pool.

Lavatories not attended to so usually too disgusting to use.

It costs £47 a month to be a member. Facilities are actually quite terrible.

The comments facility at the pool a waste of time. Have posted half a dozen over the last two years. Have not once received the promised call back, despite being assured by the manager that this will happen.

Very badly managed.

User

So sad. This is on my doorstep and I am now going to go elsewhere. Whilst the staff have often been pleasant enough, they have no power on how things are and seem completely demotivated. the manager doesn't seemcapabke of handling the multitude of complaints she receives and quite frankly, Fusion are doing a dreadful jobonrushing this centre in spite of the refurbishments. The queues to get in are insane, as there aren't enough staff on the reception desk, the rules odd and illogical. Complaints are supposed to be followed up, but I have previously complained( in writing) and haven't heard a thing back. Nothing has changed in months and I am constantly seeing people getting so frustrated with the place and complaining. You can see that now the staff just see the customers as difficult instead of realising that they work in a place with rubbish systems and worse customer service.

User

Real example of how not to manage a sports centre. I dont know what management is doing with the money seriously. This place is more expensive than private clubs in central london.

No staff enough to cover reception, no soap in showers, bad atmosphere, lack of higiene. I wont come back here never in my life.

User

It has been the first time that I have visited Tottenham Green Leisure Centre since it has been refurbished as have experienced poor customer service in the past. I would rather drive a couple of miles away than walk for 5 minutes down the road.

My husband said that it looked good after the revamp so we visited with kids this afternoon for a 4pm-5pm swimming session. The reception area looks great. Still crap customer service and we left before using the facilities because:

1. Arrive 3:55pm. Long queue (families) waiting to get into the pool for the session starting at 4pm.

2. Pool problem?? do not know what it was as the two reception staff did not think it important to tell anyone. Still don't know what the issue was.

3. 4:15pm started admitting families. When we got to the ticket office at 4:20 asked if the session would be extended (NO), any discount (NO).

4. Price for admission was also higher than prices displayed so we opted to leave.

Waste of time. My kids were really upset (and as we progressed in the queue whilst waiting shows that lots of other families we disappointed and left).

Shit customer services as

1. Not advised of any issues

2. Not advised of how long we would have to wait

3. Advertised pricing incorrect

4. No offer of having session extended

5. No option to pay less as would only be able to take part in half a session.

Staff could learn a lot from supermarket customer service as they come across as ignorant and uncaring.

Fusion clearly does not value its customers enough for their staff to show any cutesy to customers or offer recompense for issues they have delivering advertised services.

User

I'm massively disappointed and have just taken my children out of the swimming class. My daughter (just turned 6) was excluded from her swimming lesson as she was not wearing the correct swim wear. Despite my apology and stating it was a one off that I forgot her swim suit, she was not allowed access to the lesson unless she would cover the top part of her body. I've written 2 emails to the centre management and submitted a complaint on the website last Wed however had no reply.

Apart from this, the swimming pool is filthy and some staff members are extremely unfriendly. Many showers don't work and lockers are broken. Despite the recent refurb, the centre already looks run down. Admin is terrible - we tried for months getting our kids in the swimming lessons and was advised nothing was free but when I went there in person suddenly there were 2 vacancies for the next week.

Several of my friends had bad experiences and I've simply had enough.

User

I had to put one star in order to be able to write something otherwise it would be NIL ETOILE. Have been going here on and off for 3 years and it gets progressively worse in terms of customer service. We have used it for family swimming mostly and cleanliness aside the problems at the front desk make it soul destroying to get the family packed up and down there only to have to deal with the most awful customer service you've experienced in your life. Fusion should be absolutely ashamed. So awful the local community deserves much much better.

User

Did not like my last experience last evening between 5pm and 7pm. A verbal fight broke out between a black man and a black Woman. The black man threatened the woman to shut up because she was saying a commutative conversation with another black man in the sauna. It got out off hand. So the woman quite rightly so pushed the emergency button in sauna. The attendant came and heard the story from Woman and man. Then the attendant said to the woman "Please don't push that emergency button for that reason!!"..... This disturbed me . So I had to leave because I witnessed it and had to calm down myself. Being a person that does a responsibility of a job myself....I already had my day....I needed to relax and chill for the next two hours that I was there. Being the woman in that incident in sauna must have terrified her with the attendants response. We should all be equals in the sauna and steam room and get treated the same by the attention of staff working there.

User

Decent pool but the staff are so unfriendly - even the lifeguards are rude. Only nice staff there are the ones who work in Bickles Yard cafe. I think if they ever sort out the queuing system and are just polite about informing people rather than speak down to people, people may actually respond better. Never been there once and not seen someone argue with the staff. Only shame it's the nearest pool to me so will continue to use it so my kid's can swim.

Fusion clearly does not value its customers enough for their staff to show any cutesy to customers or offer recompense for issues they have delivering advertised services.
