Sent a postcard to my sister and the quality was great. I ordered it and before I knew it it was in the mailbox on its way to my sister. The size was perfect. For the convenience and price you can’t beat it. Try it you’ll like it!!

My daughter is backpacking around Europe and sends me a postcard through this app every day! The cards are arriving within days of sending and they are very high quality. I am so glad I found this app before she left! I am able to keep up with her travels and she will have a photo album of her trip when she returns!

Love this app so much! I often send a postcard to my 85 year young Mum, a photo of something we have done either all together or just my husband and I. When Mum receives the postcard she always calls me to say how beautiful it is and then displays it with all the others at home.

Just received my 2 gallery frames, absolutely love them.

Service was so easy from start to finish and I had them delivered in record time.

Would definitely recommend to others.

Great for holiday postcards, as much as I love a 'real' postcard these have so much more meaning to family - and they receive them before we get back from holiday �

For my mother and her friends, the highlight of the week is when they get postcards showing them the things I do and the sights I see, not just generic tourist cards. I live on the other side of the world now and using TouchNote means I can get a card to them in just a couple of days. This really is a great app. Thank you

Got a frame with photos from holiday, love it, great way to keep the memories alive.

Only downside is the expiry date on credits, just need to go on more holidays I guess!

Absolutely brilliant company. My now 16mo daughter and I are between England and the US, so having TouchNote to send post cards to both sides of the family at an incredibly reasonable price is amazing! I'm in Florida now and just sent a postcard to my home address. I plan to do this whenever I travel so my daughter has a nicely made, detailed photo with a map and date included of all the places she's been. Thank you so much TouchNote for providing such a wonderfully helpful application! I plan to use your services for as long as I can �

This app has got worse ! Cards arnt turning up and MANY are damaged and I ordered a card a few days ago and it hasn’t even been processed it’s a lovely idea but I personally think I will be searching for another company that does this ! I’ve been using TouchNote for several years

I am in the military and this is a perfect app to keep in touch with my family while away. My young son loved receiving postcards that he could hold in his hands. I told alot of the guys on my ship about it as well.



Disappointingly, I have just found out my remaining credits have an expiry date. I have to send a card to reset. I liked having the credits there for when I needed them or when I was going away next. Don't buy larger bundles unless you are going to use them or you will lose your money.

Suddenly stopped working, so I was ask to update my app. I did as requested and all my credits disappeared. They wouldn't believe and request screen shots. I sent them as requested and now they know I'm correct and they can't answer the issue they just stop replying. I'm 8 credits missing and no one will help. Very poor (actually the worses possible) customer care.

I got invited by my friend and got a promo code for 5€.

I typed it in as I was signing up for the app and when I was trying to redeem the discount for the 5€ it didn’t say which pack I at least had to buy in order to get the discount. I took the cheapest one for 10€ (5 credits) but it didn’t give me my 5€ discount as promised. After mailing with Tara from the costumer service, she wouldn’t give me a refund so I could have a second chance to buy the correct pack and redeem the discount because I’m no longer considered as a “new” user because I bought credits already. I can still buy a 10 credit pack with the discount, though, but I will never throw more money into such bad costumer service!

Seriously annoyed. I purchased a pack of credits and was using them regularly. My phone camera broke so I didn't send any cards for 12 months (having previously sent quite a few over a number of years). Touchnote have deleted the 14 remaining credits from my account - queried it and it is policy to delete credits if the account is not used for 12 months - DISGUSTING! I paid for those credits. Beware of this, it is in the very small print. Will not be using or recommending. Previously loved the app but this is out of order, over £20 of credits deleted.

It’s almost comical what my father received from TouchNote compared to what I ordered. I zoomed and cropped a photo of my family with our faces front and center. The postcard he received was so askew you can barely see our faces at all. Customer service tried to tell me that the final product was what I ordered but you can see my original order on my Orders page in app.

I placed an order (23181806) and the post card never got there. It is really annoying to be told that it will take from 3 to 5 working days and that is not true!!!! Never use this app look for another option.

Do not use this service!! My Christmas card orders with them all went "missing" and the company tried to claim that all the cards must have been lost by Australia Post (I highly doubt they would lose a dozen separate cards!). I have now discovered that Touchnote have been taking money from my credit card for 4 months after I cancelled my Extra Magic subscription! And they make it near impossible to rectify this. Disgusted by their service.

Disappointed that you’ve hidden and deleted my perfectly nice comment asking about why there is now a 12 month expiry date on credits, whereas previously there wasn’t. Unnecessary to remove it, unless of course you agree it is a bit mean of you to make the change.
