Toyin'S Kitchen

One of my favourites. This is a twist on traditional Nigerian chicken or beef stew. After my daughter became a Vegan i came up with this Veggie Stew. It's delicious and so simple and easy to make. It was a big hit with the family too. Enjoy this video.
