Spalding Fitness Limited are proud to Launch Tracey's Fun & Fitness Community Classes. Tracey has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Her knowledge, experience and qualifications have helped hundreds of women Lose Weight, Get Fit and Shape Up. Classes are held both mornings and evenings and are perfect for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes & fitness levels. Tracey's classes are fun and light hearted with great music & great results, and the perfect way to meet & make new friends. .

This week someone came up to me and said sheтАЩd never joined a class before where the people were so lovely, chatty and friendly.. Cant disagree with that.. HereтАЩs a snippet of this weeks classes using Mats, pods, steps and chairs.. Pilates, LBT, Step & Tone, Nifty Fifty, Circuits, Kettlebells and Tighten N Tone..

The sun is shining on The Vista Church Hall this morning and our Pilates ladies are enjoying the exercises for strength, core, flexibility and Tone.. Thank you Lorraine Elston for teaching this class so wonderfully x
