I tried LOTS of trackers for husband who suffers with Dementia. I cannot recommend this enough! Good to go out of the box after charging and 10 seconds outside for the GPS to lock 'home. BRILLIANT!!!!
I had a scooter stolen from outside work, so I bought a tracking device to go on the new scooter. Within 2 weeks the new scooter had been stolen, taken by 2 turds in human form, from Sainsbury's car park. Alarm activated and disc lock on the front wheel, both of which proved to be no deterrent. When I emerged from Sainsbury's and saw it was gone I called the Police, giving them accurate directions to where the scooter had been taken. Within 30 minutes the bike had been found and secured. I collected the bike and got it back home within 90 minutes of it being stolen. It felt great to get one over on the thieves. This has been the best money I've ever spent on bike security.

The device itself is fine. Arrives ready to go and works well. The web based tracker panel is a bit hit and miss. Firstly the web site, though it tries to give user info, is disorganised with information in different places which needs to be dug out. The first video I found was for the 'old' panel. When I eventually found the one for the 'new' panel there were some issues. 1. There is no 'top up' button. 2. What exactly does the 'Follow/Unfollow' button do? 3. The documentation says there is a 'Battery Saving Mode'. Where and how on the panel is this operated? 4. Unable to change my password. 5. I can't find any decent documentation for the mobile app. Yes it's pretty simple to use but that's no excuse. So all in all, a neat little device (which would itself get 5 stars) spoiled by poor documentation. Hence only 3 stars for the overall initial impression.
