I've been training with Mathilde for a few years now and she's amazing. She varies the exercises every class to keep things interesting but always keeping in mind what I want to achieve. She pushes when needed (it's the third set that does all the good apparently!) but understands when I'm having an off day. I recently switched from 1 hour per week to 2 X 40 min sessions and the increase in my strength & stamina has been really noticeable.

I go on Sunday mornings to the HIIT Pilates class on the davinci boards - like a reformer Pilates class. It's brilliant and I really feel like I've worked out. Only 40 mins but you really feel it. Would highly recommend for getting toned super quick. The studio is beautiful too and my daughter does ballet while I work out upstairs.
