Sent in my details of a flight on whatsapp and in an hour i got a call asking if i did send in for a flight to New York and the cheapest option, right there and then he put me on the spot as it was the cheapest quote i had but had no money nor card with me. He held the ticket for me and took my word that i would pay the following morning, which i did. I will definitely book with them always, ive been booking with them for over 3 yrs and would recommend them to everyone, they are safe and if in douth go to the office and pay there

I was looking for a cheap flight on different website then I called few of the agencies. They will give me the price impromptu and don't bother to ask what I'm looking for exactly or will tell me just look on their websites to look for a cheaper deal. My needs are quite complicated and I needed an agent to find me a good deal as they're more experience on this kind of matter. Then Ive talked to LOGAN and he was very helpful. He always update me on what's the cheap deal. Very accommodating on my needs. He help me to find a good deal and best flight for me and my family. And he has concern on his client which I liked most. So a big thank you for LOGAN who has help me a lot and I will definitely booking my next flight with him. I would reccomend travel center especially LOGAN.

Condescending and a waste of my time and money. Agents were rude, disrespectful and a nightmares to deal with. I ended up paying much more than the listed airline cost and all I got was a headache. Book directly with airline and save yourself the trouble.

Incredible they can still operate. Booked flights for a group of 9 people, sent the flights details required, paid and received a call 20 min later from the agent confirming if it was ok thy he booked the following day from the one requested. (I am still wondering how he thought that could have been the case!) when I complained, they kindly asked me to wait a few hours until they would try to solve the issue with the airline. The day after I was asked to pay a fare difference (as in the meantime the price had gone up) of £300!!!

Only after I threaten to sue and shame them they offered to cover the difference in cost due to the mistake made by one of their agents. Obtained a refund and booked with another agency.

AVOID!
