Hurrah! What a beautiful book, available in store as of today! Unsheltered by @iambkingsolver, the story of two people who resist the prevailing logic of their time. If I ever stop marvelling at the design, I might get to read their stories! #bookporn #booktopia #beautifulbooks #booksfurnisharoom #forsale @travelling_through #waterloo #london #theworld #youknowyouwantit

What a gem! Warm welcome, delicious hot chocolate and cake and wide array of great books... Love this place!

User

We stopped in just to look at books but we're pleasantly surprised by the charming basement cafe. Delicious food, and teas, definitely have to come back here. Absolutely wonderful!

User

The café is delightful. We enjoyed coffee and cakes before browsing the bookshop

User

I was only in TT for ten minutes last evening but it was enough to convince me that it's destined to be a place I hang out on visits to London. The best way to describe the book selection is 'curated' so that there is thematic intelligence at work as you browse. Even on a rushed gape across shelves (I was already late for an event in town when I went in and started chatting and browsing) I could see this bookshop is one of THOSE ones..the ones that will be legend. Didn't even check out the cafe and garden but I'll be back!

User

Great place to meet for coffee. Wide selection of travel books and always a chance to meet interesting people from around the world. Wonderful almond crunch biscuits from the lake district too.

User

Great couple of hours spent here today, made to feel so welcome to browse a great selection of books, lovely lunch too!

User

Friendly, interesting people, great service, books and unusual events! What is not to like!

User

Favouritest bookshop ever! It has a lot of the titles of books I have loved and so very many that I want to read. Quiet and easy-going, I felt completely unhurried as I spent over an hour reading nearly all the titles before making my selections. Great staff

User

A unique place for books and art lovers! Cozy and welcoming. You could spend the day in Travelling Through. Because the world is there and it feels like home.
