We spent a lovely four hours here today, my 2 year old great niece had great fun in the paddling pool, sand play area and the inside soft play. Very good value, great friendly staff, clean.. All good.. We will definitely return!!

User

Thank you. My daughter had a great party on Saturday and many of the kids commented on it being the best party they had been to. Just one thing, please sort out the step behind the kids tables in front of the Ariel window in the party room. Three adults and a child fell over it during the party lunch.

In agreement with Vanessa would be so good to be able to wash off the sand , Had a wonderful day with my grandson ,everyone was so nice caring and helpful ,Brilliant day THANKYOU

I have just brought an annual pass for my son and I because it provides such great value. For £55 a year both he and I can go as often as we like, it works our that we only need to go 16 times in a year to get our money's worth! I have found the soft play to be clean and I have no qualms about letting my son explore the different textures and areas. I really love that when it is off peak and not busy parents can go with their child/ren to help or play.

The toilets are okay.

I personally think the food is reasonably priced and tastes okay.

Overall staff are polite and generally friendly.

My only criticism is that the tables and high chairs don't seem very clean unless you are there before 10. Staff really should use an antibac spray and wipe down the tables and high chairs after each use.

Had a great time as a family of four playing crazy’s golf, just a few maintenance Needs doing to stop balls going under gate! (Lucky some children could get to it the other side by jumping over a fence to retrieve it For us or would have had to pay £1 for lost ball!) staff friendly on reception!

User

Great place not to big so can let the kids run round without worrying. And the price is unbelievable. For a family of five finding some where to go without breaking the bank is hard. This place is spot on.

User

Bargain to get in with three children. It was a one in one out as it was really busy (Saturday and raining outside). Expect it to be busy at the weekends with bad weather. Don't expect the staff to be cheery dealing with 30+ screaming children all day, it was an ear ache just sitting there for 2 hours. The rules of play could be reinforced with an customer announcement to 'remind' parents, as my boy was going down the slide another child decided it was a great idea to start running up, until the child jumped onto the other side, avoiding a clash. The foods and drinks are reasonable, my children must like the food as they were nagging for chicken nuggets.

User

A great place. My 5 yr old just loves the outside play area with the pool and sand and there is also a large outdoor play area we have yet to explore. The indoor soft play area and crazy golf are also very good.

User

We visited outside Treasure Island, which we all enjoyed, the weather was great. The staff are very friendly and kids kept amused all day, in sand, water , play houses and the big play ship. The only downside was the bin was always overflowing, so could do with extra bins. The toilets probably could do with a check more regular as toilet roll empty in a couple of them also floor a bit slippery. Great place to take the kids on a hot summer's day.

User

Take my grandson to Treasure Island when he stays with us. He is only six so it's just right for his age, he loves the padding pool in the summer, and it's great that he can let off steam in the soft play area in the winter. Staff are pleasant and helpful, have not tried the food, but it looks ok. Toilet's are clean.

User

My son loves coming here, so we bought an annual pass. The staff are very friendly & polite, the only negatives I have is the broken safety belt on the baby change table (been broken for several weeks) and the cleanliness on the tables & highchairs. I appreciate it's a very busy place and sometimes there isn't time to clean one table before another family sits down, but they do need a decent clean. Food is good, and a nice variety. Definitely value for money coming here.

My grandchildren indoor bit have no issues there yes more parents should supervise there kids but on whole its good place my issue only is outdoor bit while its fantastic area with paddling pool etc for me there should be shower aera to wash the sand off when finished its gets everywhere the tiolet outside was not very well kept which is shame cause it was not nice for kids to use we love treasure island but like say a shower area by tiolets or so can wash of the sand would be big benefit

User

Nice on a sunny day.. had a good time with the little ones and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sunshades offered on the benches as we did not manage to get there early enough to have the shade of the tree so thats was great especially when It was lunchtime. Food was pretty good for a kids venue. Downsides are I remember how many things to do there when I was young (80's!) only pool and a few climbing things now and also indoor the slide was not slippery at all.. took longer to slide down then it did to climb up through the frames... a nice can of Mr sheen would do the trick then we would come back ;)

User

My little boy (18 months) loves coming here BUT ONLY during term time!!!

Sadly There is a major problem with supervision from parents of older kids during Half term. It is a complete nightmare with older hyperactive kids trashing the place and their parents either ignoring them or not telling not to do certain things (like climb on the tables, throwing balls as hard as they can into kids faces, stealing all of soft play items out of the small kids section or wrestling in the small kids area and almost kicking my son in the face - just a SMALL selection of things we experienced yesterday).

I honestly felt sorry for the staff and they had only been open for 1 1/2 hours!

User

It's OK 5 pound per child small play area but u can see them in there food portions are small for 3.95 each and think it's unfair you can't take ur own food in and they charge to watch your kids the staffeta are never happy in there

User

Came here today was relatively quiet. The soft play itself is fine but a major factor for keeping parents in these places is food and drink. Ordered some food and never again! The roll that came out on my 7 year olds meal was as hard as a rock even she said 'mummy im not eating that ill lose a tooth" i did complain but staff weren't interested. Safe to say didnt stay long afterwards and won't be back any time soon.

Visited today with 2 adults and 3 kids.. . Last time we came came here was when I was a child.. the welcome was poor to start with! Great start!.. The food was cold and had to be sent back!!.. they half heartedly apologised, took it away and reheated the plate in the microwave!!.. I know they did as I'd put pepper on my beans, and it returned as it went!..The staff weren't very friendly and need to go on a customer service course! One of them was on her phone behind the counter! So unprofessional! The cafe was dirty, tables were sticky. They cleared tables but didn't wipe them!.. ,why??.. outside was poor, with not much to do, kids were bored to be honest! Again a bit dirty and tired out there... What got me is that playing miniature golf is not included in the price!! It was £18 pound plus for us to partake, which we didnt!!

Wouldn't visit again, a very disappointing day out!! Fort fun along the road is amazing, go there instead!!!!

User

So upon arrival, I was informed that my son and I were not allowed in as there were no tables available. Despite the fact that my friends were already at a table just the other side of the entrance gate. Naturally despite the ridiculous reasoning, the young girl behind the counter stoically stuck to her script of saying I had to go on a list until the person on it before me had gone in. Ok, not her fault, she was only doing her job. However, things got heated as other people who already had friends, family members etc at tables were being refused entry also. The manager, who was clearly trained by the Hitler Youth came along and reiterated the stupid rule, even though the place wasn't full, in a growl of no uncertain terms. To which people then began threatening refunds. At this point the manager disappeared on the phone, leaving a stressed young girl to cope with the angry customers. Eventually the manager reappeared and common sense prevailed, and people were let in, some to join their children that were already inside with friends. So a word of advice, unless you all go in together as a group, be prepared to demand a refund for both entry and parking!

User

Rip off - they charge the kids nearly £5 to play on a very poor play area. They also have the audacity to charge adults to go in to sit and watch their kids! A bit like being expected to pay to go in to a cafe! The place is generally dirty and poorly kept, the staff are rude, the food and drinks are overpriced and taste awful, 2 of our group were sick 4 hours after eating there. The toilets absolutely wreak of urine.
