Visited Treatz this morning and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the lovely girl who served us (didn't catch her name but she had long brown hair - receipt says Sadiyah �) also brought out a birthday cupcake for my son as it was his birthday recently etc. Food yummy as always and would definitely return for a treat in the future x

There is always a warm welcome when my son and I come in (which is quite alot). The food and drinks are amazing, the service is perfect and all the staff are lovely. Plus it is great value for money, my son always chooses to come here and he will not go anywhere else

Thank you Treatz for your amazing customer service and making my daughters Birthday away from her twin abroad so special. I recommend greatly. Thanks again. xxx

The service was excellent, very friendly and the food was superb! Also dealt very well with my child. Thank you would defiantly recommend and return.

Popped in yesterday for a quick sugar fix with my boyfriend ... we were served by Sadiyah & Bronwen... absolutely brilliant & efficient customer service, we had our newborn with us who they catered for very well giving us a table out the way and big enough for all our extra bits! Waffle and pancake came out very quick & were very yummy we shall definitely be returning soon! Thank you for a lovely time Treatz!

I would like to say a huge thanks to all Treatz Gravesend staff . You were amazing for my 8 year old daughter's bday on the 11th march. I really appreciate that you were really nice, patient , smiley and caring. Thanks for letting me decorate our dedicated corner and for the complementary birthday plate with a cute mini mouse cupcake. We even had the chance to meet the mascot and had pictures with him. My daughter was very happy. It was our first time there and we ll definitely come back again. For the lovely deserts ....do I really have to mention the yumminess of them??? No more Creams!!!!! All the best and thanks again ;)

Fantastic service by the lovely Elle � Popped in as a last minute treat for my 2 girls. Elle's service was first class and my eldest kept remarking how 'lovely' she was..... and that's by an extremely fussy 11 year old. Looking forward to our next visit �

A night out for our guides was amazing at Treatz. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and to cope with 40 of us at one time was amazing. Having a special place upstairs to keep together also helped with the ambience of a group night out. And when one of our girls was not well, staff were so kind and helpful. Oh, yes and the food was amazing too!

Went in for hot chocolate drink with friend before goi g to the pictures at the Woodville Halls. Had Luxury hot chocolate which was yummy. Would have liked my marshmallows in the drink and not on the side of the saucer really. Friend had Fkavoured coffee which she enjoyed.

Nice food, nice staff. Really struggled with the volume of the music, my son is autistic and has heightened hearing/sensory overload so the music sent him into a melt down :/ I do check places before I take them in and presumed the area I chose for seating was Ok for him but we got re seated which really didn't help as he got overloaded straight away. We ate and left asap! Would of been perfect if peoples disability needs where taken a bit more in too consideration and customers not placed in convenient spots for staff members too serve.

I personally prefer creams as you get more for your money and the service is a lot quicker

The services tables was dirty toilet not clean

Wait for long time people came after got service before us

Had to wait ages for our food, although we were given 15%off our next buy, I really didn't think it was good enough hour on ice creams, when pancake, crepe were done quickly, ice cream were a hour wait. After paying out nearly £40 was let down by the wait.

No customer service at all, wait time is horrendous. Owner refused to come over and speak to us. Shame use to be our go to, luckily enough there is alternative in Gravesend.

My worst experience I have ever had. 30. 06. 2018. Afternoon. I and my family went there. It was a huge mistake. We waited 15 minutes for someone to bring a menu, but no one came. Then my father went down to take one and order some drinks. After we waited 25 minutes for 4 drinks. My father went down to ask what is happening and order the ice creams. The drinks were there but no one brought them up. So He brought the drinks up. That was the moment when we started to became a bit angry. 30 minutes!!!!! later one of the waitresses brought one ice in her hand no tray or something. And the ice cream was melted it flowed to her hands... It was disgusting. And the spoon was dirty. Then we decided to leave and speak to someone because this was scandalous. They said no cashback after we paid. They were arrogant and phlegmatic. We just leave. Worst service ever. We waited 60 minutes for nothing and spent more then 30Ł and give almost nothing... Worst experience ever

Due to waiting 45 mins for a drink let alone still waiting for our desert only 4 not a lot

Being a loyal customer to treatz, but won’t be going there again, wait time in a very quite time was over 40 minutes for drinks and no customer service at all, manager was too busy in his office to even come out and talk to us after being called twice. Gone down hill which is such a shame. Even a small amount of customer service would have gone a long way.
