'I used to exercise regularly but, due to work commitments, that had dropped off until I was inly exercising occasionally. I wanted to get back into the habit of training regularly so, I booked in for personal training sessions with Antonio at Tribe. Although I have only been doing Crossfit for a few months, I‚Äôve really enjoyed getting into it. @afblanc has been great at building up my fitness levels again, my technique, strength and confidence have all improved so much.ÔŅĹAs w...ell as my PT sessions each week, I‚Äôve now added in a Crossfit class to build on the progress I‚Äôve already made.
