True Religion

My son bought a present for his brother’s birthday on 18/06/18 and just received today that product is out of stock only couple of days till the birthday. Why process the order or take the money if item is out of stock. Can’t label it as good customer service. Show me a good customer service may be I can change my mind. When at least money would be refunded? Any idea?

Worse customer service ever,placed an order 21st july,just rang to check on order,for them to say it was cancelled,so i checked my card to see that they taken the money,so angry,would never order from them,now having to make more calls tomorrow to true religion to get my refund,never again!!!!

Shocking customer service, returned an item on the 20th Jan was told couldn't just exchange had to be refunded then re-order. Their policy states refunds within 14 working days still haven't received one. Yesterday was day 15 I get told by the lady on the phone 'I can't say when you will get refunded, wait for the email. Have more patience.' Definitely won't be re-ordering the replacement top!

Shocking customer service still waiting for a refund after they told me it should take 14 working days and it’s gone past 14 working days.
