We did a custom tour of South America (Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil) for our honeymoon, finishing with the Rio Carnival Beach Experience. I cannot recommend Tucan Travel enough! Our entire holiday, travelling from city to city and across countries was seamless, allowing us to sit back and enjoy ourselves and take in the spectacular culture and scenery. The Local guides were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help and make recommendations on where to eat or where to go in our free time. The hotels were very warm and welcoming, we received numerous complimentary Pisco Sours and special desserts or well wishes for our Honeymoon! The extra touch was outstanding! Spotting animals in the Amazon was unforgettable, and the culture we experienced in South America was remarkable. It was wonderful to end our holiday with relaxing and partying in Rio for the Carnival. Staying at our hotel, was a great group of other Tucan travellers – this made the experience. The Sambadrome and Copacabana beach party was one of our highlights from the whole trip and unbeatable because of the crowd we got to enjoy it with.

My trip to Bolivia and Chile was fantastic!!!. They made everything about my trip so easy and exceeded my expectations.

I just finished the Rwanda to Masai Mara trip in East Africa and I have to say this was a one of a lifetime trip! I travel a lot with different tour agencies but I have to say that I really enjoyed the Tucan travel one. It was an exceptionally well organised tour, well timed and took us to the best places. Great value for money as a whole and the tour guide, truck driver and some of the local tour guides were amazing. I would definitely recommend Tucan to everyone. However it is worth mentioning that when you travel to Africa you need to have the right mindset. I enjoy luxury hotels but this time I was very happy to stay in tents and enjoy what the nature has to offer. Well done Tucan! I am sure we will travel again together soon. Harris.

I did the tour from Buenos Aires to Rio on the overland truck and it was an absolute blast. I met so many amazing people and the scenery of Argentina and Brazil was spectacular. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the camping but I ended up feeling quite at home in my tent and lots of the stops were in hostels as well. Some of the campsites were also absolutely gorgeous as well, with swimming pools, tropical surroundings and bars serving super yummy caipirinhas! I also have to give a big thank you to Mafer and Ritchie for being such a great team and at times serving up some seriously gourmet food, and taking such great care of Peggy.
