Thank you all to the lovely team who are working so hard in this hot weather. As you can imagine it’s been pretty hot cooking and serving you all but it is really appreciated ❤️

Father’s Day was super busy for us on Sunday. I’m so pleased all the lovely dads were looked after and we also had mums being treated as Dad isn’t around any more ❤️. The team worked so so hard and I’d like to thank them all for their commitment to me but more importantly to our lovely customers. We can forget how hot it is, how hard they work (many of them it’s their first job!) and how important preparing and serving great food is to them. Thank you to all our lovely customers for your patience and some examples of reviews are below 👍

As the beautifully sunny Bank Holiday weekend starts, I’d like to make some suggestions of what you could do either before or after coming to see us at The Tudor Rose 😀. We are very fortunate to be in the heart of some lovely places to visit along with the annual Beating the Bounds of Westerham event planned on Monday. We aim to keep the menu light and sunny and of course don’t forget to try some of our delicious home made cakes or cream teas!

Menu Update
In response to some customer feedback we are starting to widen our Menu options. This week we have several various hot lunches available:
Vegan
... * Spicy bean served with jacket potato
* Leek and Vegetable Crumble served with potatoes and Vegetables
Gluten Free
We have a range of Gluten Free Cakes and Scones available served as part of a full afternoon tea or individually
Vegetarian
Luxury Nutroast served with potatoes and vegetables
Range of omelettes served with Salad and Fries
Spanish Quiche served with Salad and Coleslaw

A great local event. Well worth taking part!

Meet some of the amazing team at The Tudor Rose left to right.. Katie, Georgia, Gabby, Charlotte, Elly and the amazing Assistant Manager, Tina. We now have a reputation for great, super friendly service and delicious food. It wouldn’t be possible without the team. There are many more!

This means a busy weekend for us! Looking forward to seeing all you lovely customers. Don’t forget Chocs on the Green for the best ice cream in town!

We visited this lovely cafe yesterday, where my partner and I both had lunch. He was disappointed there was no steak and kidney pudding as there had been before, but more than happy with his beef stew! I had the nut roast, which was tasty. There was only one waitress serving, but she was very efficient. A nice, olde worlde cafe.

We had a delicious lunch and cakes afterwards. The Apple and sultana cake was amazing. Would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy a snack break there. The staff were also very friendly.

Visited this lovely tea room with my mum and children and had a wonderful breakfast. Service was great and the food was reasonably priced. Thank you

The cream tea was fab as was the service the owner came over and made us feel like family a warm vibrant place to eat can't wait to visit again

Stopped by to grab a coffee and piece of cake - served by lovely ladies. Great coffee - and wonderful coffee & walnut cake, one of several cakes on offer - a great selection ! I look forward to going back and sitting in for another coffee and more cake / something more substantial to eat :) Great feel to the place...

Myself and my husband love this place. Great customer service and I’m addicted to their cream teas. If you’re in Westerham check this place out!

Just popped in to get out of the rain after a quick visit to Quebec House (National Trust).



Walked into Westerham and came upon this quaint little tea-room on the Green. Lovely pot of tea for two, from which we managed 5 decent cups of tea. The fruit cake was delicious- plenty of fruit and not dry at all. A pleasant visit....

I went here for my birthday, a lovely little tearoom with friendly staff and an amazing array of Teas, cakes and other afternoon treats. I recommend that you visit if you're in the area!

I have been going to the Tudor Rose Tea Room for a while and have always enjoyed my visits The cakes are to die for and the breakfast is fantastic Well worth a visit xx

Had a delicious lunch & cream tea to follow on Sunday 20th May. Bread was very soft, lovely home made coleslaw, scones were definitely best Ive ever had & were just slightly warm - perfect. Tea & coffee was also just how I like it. A very pleasant experience all round, nice staff & quiet, relaxed surroundings. Thank you Tudor Rose, we'll be back soon

I had lunch here again today for the first time in a little while & enjoyed it as usual. I've been coming here for 26 years & have seen several management changes in that time & they've all done well, but the present owner is particularly pleasant & friendly.

Nice location. Cakes yummy. Need to get rid of the few formica tables and get some extra staff as the lovely lady was so rushed off her feet there was no real service provided. I was a little disappointed. I'm not sure if they can decide if they are a cafe or a tearoom. I won't rush back but won't avoid it either.

Food was ok but came on a plate too small , when eating it came off the plate so had to ask for it to be put on a larger one , had to wait a while for sauces and felt like a nuisance when I had to go back up to the counter to ask
