My cats birthday cake came today, it was packed perfectly (no damage), my cats nose was in the air as soon as i opened it so I knew it was going to be a tasty treat for them. Great customer service. As long as you follow the instructions clearly printed and highlighted that come in the box with the cake you won't have a problem. (they arnt exactly hard instructions to follow)

My St. Bernard Bruno loved his birthday cake like no other he has had..I loved the presentation and quick service but to me Bruno knows best and well there was no stopping him..Bruno only has the best and you sure did get it spot on...working out his Christmas order already many thanks..excellent highly recommend..

I ordered my little fur baby his cake from Twinky's Pet Bakery for his 2nd Birthday and he absolutely loved it.

The quality of ingredients that are used are excellent and the products are great value for money. The customer service I received was fantastic and I received clear instructions on how to store the cake and how long the cake would remain fresh for. My items arrived safely and were securely packed, to prevent any damage being caused.

I would recommend Twinky's Pet Bakery to all my family and friends that have pets, as I am completely impressed with the service I received..plus Eddie (my little fur baby) absolutely loved his cake and treats..his first portion of cake was demolished within seconds and he didn't leave any trace of crumbs behind..so it must have been delicious.

Exceedingly helpful, great communication and speedy delivery. The cake is adorable and my dog is a very fussy eater but she inhaled it and kept wanting more! The fact it is wheat and gluten free and uses organic products is fantastic. Definitely worth the price. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back again and again :)

Unfortunately the cupcakes I asked for in a picture they had put up were not really what I received. They were really hard in the middle as if stale. None of my 4 cats went near them. The treats I bought were so hard that even I struggled to snap them into smaller bits. Only one cat attempted to eat them. Would not order again. A waste of 28 pound

Unprofessional approach to business, telling my Sister she'd need a gym membership when all she wanted to do is get some feedback on a product she wasn't satisfied with. Just shows how vile some people can be. Would not recommend in the slightest

Telling someone who complained about your product that they need a gym membership is beyond rude! You obviously have no customer service (as evidenced by reading some of your responses to other reviews)! Would never order from you.

Sending abuse and leaving hostile comments for a poor review is not only a bad business practice but is also highly actionable.

Promised delivery of my cake today and additional items which I added to order. After several emails chasing finally had a response saying it be delivered by 1pm today. Cake and other items were never received.

I Organised friends and family get together for my dogs birthday today and had to cancel leaving my daughter very upset. Thank you for spoiling a lovely planned day. I expect to receive a full refund very annoyed customer

Please see picture in comments. Rec'd my cake from Twinky's and wasn't pleased that the top was cracked but didn't want to fuss. Then within 2 days it was covered in mould! Contacted Twinky's who advised there was a clear instruction on box to tell you to remove cellophane and would only offer 20% off a new order.

Sorry Twinky's but still haven't had a response about my mouldy cake as that is not a fair conclusion to the problem. The instructions to remove the cellophane were not clear; it was on the back of a plain box which I did not feel the need to check! ┬Ż17 for such a quick and extreme reaction! So disappointed and it's our puppy's first birthday and no cake!

I would never order from you based on the way you responded to someone who made a legitimate complaint about one of your rubbish products. To be abusive to a customer because they didn't like your product is never acceptable. Let's hope lots of people read this and decide it's not worth the risk!

I saw the cake you sent for Wellingtons birthday it was disgusting he turned his nose up at it even the so called cat treats on top he wouldnt touch. In fact the cake was that hard we couldnt cut it you would have needed a jack hammer or a 14lb Sledgehammer to break it. How you got a nerve to sell such rubbish is far beyond me. Good money payed for utter crap.!!!!!

I ordered the "free" sample of dog biscuits from the website which I paid ┬Ż3.99 postage, this was on 6th July, disappointingly I still haven't received the biscuits. I've sent several messages and at first was reassured all would be ok. I've sent two messages in the last 7 days and neither have been replied to. I'm so disappointed...



Update.... still no reply, PayPal dispute has been submitted today. Very poor customer service. ’┐Į
