Ucl Summer School Description
Described by the Sunday Times as 'an intellectual powerhouse with a world-class reputation', UCL is consistently ranked as one of the world’s leading universities. It is a multifaculty university which offers excellence and innovation in research and teaching across the academic spectrum.

The UCL Summer School will run between June 29 and August 7 2020. Students have the option of studying for 3 or 6 weeks and must choose one UCL module per 3-week session. Accommodation is guaranteed and we offer a range of social events and activities to ensure students make the most of their time in London.

Some snaps from our Literary London module walking excursion through London's East End. All of our modules include excursions and site visits in order to turn London into a classroom!
On our Civic Design module, students from planning, architecture and other built environment disciplines learn how to work in collaboration with community groups. In the site visit, they met with community members from the campaigns Westway23 , Friends of North Kensington Library and Save Wornington College. The community campaigners guided students along the Westway and explained the history of the place. At the end of the walk, students had a discussion between community members and students. #uclsummer #civicdesign #londoncommunities

Room from 1.06.2018 – 31.08.2018 at Urbanest Tower Bridge, only 15 min with the tube to King’s / LSE,
You have your own private lockable bedroom (bed 1,20m, study desk, plenty of storage for clothes, shoes, books) and private bathroom. You will share a communal full equipped kitchen and lounge with 5 very nice people. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, lots of cupboard space, a couch and a dining area. Wi-Fi, group and private study areas, a modern cinema room, free bicycles, washing machine and 24/7 support team is included.
2 min. walk to Tesco or Sainsbury.
Price: 299 £ / week

I have an ensuite available for rent at Urbanest Kings Cross £240 per week (discounted price ). Kitchen to be shared with only 4 other persons. Available from 24 June.Contract is up till sep3,2017. 8 min walk to Kings cross St Pancras station. Bus stop is just below the building.
Best way to explore London while studying at a top university, I'm very glad I chose UCL for my summer school experience!
