Yesterday's Arms hypertrophy bootcamp ? Brutally beautiful in its construction , well laid out lectures before all 3 sessions, first you die then you die harder then u die even harder, collapsing whilst training arms seemed to be the norm ! I've taken 15 mins writing this

The trainer who worked with me is so knowledgeable and caring. He guides me through the workout and diet I need to follow. Since I wasn't able to stay enough time to complete a full 12 weeks program, my trainer makes sure to teach me what I can do after my time with him. Great trainer and great training, I really enjoyed my time there!

Starting my 12 week program with UP is the best thing and best investment I have ever made. I've achieved results which, after years of healthy eating and training, I never thought my body was capable. I look fantastic and I fee fantastic and I have gain so much from this process; looking past the physical transformation I feel mentally strong and capable of anything. I more educated about my body and have a better understanding of how to effectively train and nourish myself for optimal results. Its not always been easy but I can promise that when you come out the other side there will be no going back - bye bye croissants! The trainers and gym itself are very friendly and not at all intimidating; we're all there for the same reason and its very accepting and encouraging place which WILL get you the results if you're willing to put in the work. I've certainly re-discovered my passion for training and will be continuing this journey stronger, fitter and leaner than I have ever been!

Joined UP Fitness Sydney today and had my first session. Have to admit I was blown away by the attention to detail pre the work out, don't get me started on the first session, I just hope it gets easier. Alex you were excellent, thank you and I'll look forward to working with you moving forwards!

Had an amazing Day at UP Mayfair on the Torso Hypertrophy day. Thank you to Nick running the course, James , Reed and everyone that helped out in the session. I honestly can't remember the last time I worked that hard in a training session. Great overall knowledge, and great individual pieces of advice given through out the day. Would highly recommend to anyone - fellow trainers or regular Joe Public.

By far the best gym around. The trainers are dedicated and knowledgeable, they follow you every step of the way. If you are serious about training and want to commit -the 'before and after' they show in the pictures is exactly what you will get . I cannot recommend more.

As a personal trainer and consultant myself I've seen their work over the years. They are the best at what they do.

Trainers were hit and miss (one left mid way though program) and not a professional joint in my opinion, club manager also left UP during our program. You are paying 3 times vs the standard PT and everything you read on the website is no where near what you get. My fiancé had a very unfortunate experience, despite giving the Mayfair club multiple opportunities to put it right with 2 months of poor guidance, incorrect measurements- the list goes on. They offered her 2 free sessions to compensate. That's 2 hours free for spending £000's! Guys, we are just your average folk, we got sucked into all the marketing- this is the typical over promising and under delivering BS you see everywhere else. Just get a PT somewhere else but do not pay this ridiculous money! Very unsatisfied customer!
