Staying on site this week and want to watch England in their World Cup Semi Final vs Croatia tomorrow? The Village Inn, our on site bar, will be showing the game, 7pm kick off.

We stayed for 2 nights in our tent with our 3 grandchildren aged 3 4 & 5, VERY spacious plot

We loved it and they did too, fantastic warm

pool VERY spacious and well equipped play park, the pub looked very inviting and the shop had everything we would have needed

Lots of walking with the children

Definitely recommend and we will be returning soon

We have been coming to Ulwell for many years, and have spent many a good relaxing holiday there. It never disappoints, caravans are always clean, well equipped, and the site is maintained to a high standard. Staff at the village shop, and the pub and restaurant (the village Inn) are always friendly, courteous, and nothing is to much trouble. They welcome visitors with dogs in specific caravans to. Ulwell Cottage Caravan Park is well positioned at the base of the Purbeck Hills, 1.2 miles from the Victorian Town of Swanage with its many attractions, pubs, restaurants and quirky shops. Take a 4.5 mile walk from Ulwell across the top of Nine Ballard Down, and you arrive in to beautiful village of Corfe, with its medieval castle, stunning National Trust Tearoom, nice pubs. Take the steam train back into Swanage from Corfe wraps up the day nicely. Will be coming back to Ulwell again soon.

Lovely site, you can see a lot of Love and money has been put into the site as a whole, a lot of new statics been placed around with lovely decking areas, touring pitches are great, clean shower blocks but the newly fitted bar and restaurant is extremely inviting, offering great food menu, £ or two higher than you'd expect but with lovely surroundings including USB charging points at your table, a lovely outside seating area which looks inviting at this time of year so the summer it will be packed. Even has a swimming pool and supermarket on site. 1.5m pleasant walk to the sea or bus stop right outside. Well worth a visit.

Lovely site but disappointing customer service. My mother who stays twice a year, a week or two at a time, had to cut short her stay when I went into labour early. Nothing in the way of refund or compensation was offered. I would expect as a minimum she would have been offered to complete her stay later in the year. Sadly we will have to reconsider future visits that we would have ultimately made as a family.
