Provided us with a replacement washing machine and a dishwasher this week - absolutely fantastic products and excellent service. We've had a dryer and another washing machine in the past and they have been superb. Highly recommended.

My new family member (washing machine) has been living with us for a whole week now and is behaving extremely well. Its very quiet and unobtrusive and turns our mucky clothes into fresh clean ones in nearly no time at all - overall, its a definite keeper! DONT BUY NEW. CALL CHRIS!! I called Chris around lunchtime asking about a tumble dryer as ours had stopped working. I rely on a dryer for my work clothes. Chris said that he didn't have anything quite ready yet but would do by the end of the day. Went to pick it up and was amazed with the quality of work and the finish of our item (he was just finishing polishing the case!).

Chris was so personable and arranged for my tumble dryer to be fixed and cleaned so quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Chris is an excellent guy, customer service was second to none. Fixed my tumble dryer within an hour at very short notice. Unfortunately a week later another part went bust and Chris was fab in coming to pick the machine up and spend his weekend trying his best to fix it. He really did go above and beyond. Machine was unfixable in the end but Chris brought it back to me and gave me a % of the original cost back which was really nice. Couldn’t fault the guy. Cheers Chris, I know who to call if I have any problems in the future!
