What a wonderful array of complimentary therapies this place has on offer not to mention the assortment of workshops going on! I was in holistic heaven! I arranged for my husband to see medical herbalist Jane Ward to see what she could do to help his underactive thyroid condition and she has been amazing. Everything he was concerned about is no longer a problem for him, especially the excessive sweating and tiredness, all gone! Highly recommend this place �

The Sanctuary is truly a haven that was my little secret, but it would be a crime for me to keep it a secret any longer! I especially love the Yoga and Pilates classes that I attend regularly, and Denny, the teacher of both these classes, is the best I've come across. She is kind and patient and very knowledgable of her craft, which has made me a dedicated follower for 18 months now. My health and general well-being have improved immensely since practicing Yoga and Pilates and all my friends and family have noticed the difference too. Thank you Denny and The Sanctuary.

Julia and all of the team are wonderful. I find the sanctuary such a peaceful and reflective place. Julia is uniquely kind and caring person. I have been having chiromassage with Bosco for some months and he is fantastic! The gong bath was an amazing experience as well! The sanctuary comes highly recommended x

I have been going to the Sanctuary for over seventeen years. Julia Massey is an amazing lady who listens to you as well as doing brilliant treatments. She is an amazing healer as well as being brilliant with aromatherapy treatment's. I would recommend anyone who needs a bit of me time and pampering.

I had my first Soul Mapping consultation with Hayley today and it was a wonderful experience. Hayley put me at ease and explained the soul mapping process with me and ran through what she found in my chart.

I am looking forward to me next sessions there, thanks Hayley.

I regularly attend Denny's yoga sessions here.Denny is a true inspiration teaching all aspects of yoga the spiritual and physical.I've been attending for almost a year and I can honestly say for me it has been a life changing experience ! I've never been fitter. Can't wait to go outside in the summer and practise yoga with the earth under my feet in the lovely garden here at the sanctuary.

Amazing place, saw Gursharan for acupuncture to help with my labour. Had been trying to locate her as she moved from a previous clinic (had acupuncture with her to bring on the labour of my second son). Was given her name by her previous company after desperately searching for her as facing induction in 2 days time (had also seen a local ''acupuncturist' whom I paid to put 4 needles into me, while he sat back for 20 minutes typing on his laptop!!!! After seeing Gursharan at 2pm was in labour that afternoon and delivered my baby with no intervention that night. A truly remarkable professional,passionate and highly blessed in the area of fertility. Shall be recommending her to all the mums to be I meet. Many thanks to you Gursharan on bringing on my last 2 stress free labours 🙏🏼 God bless you
