I have meet some true friends-for-life since having my children. I am hoping this class will give you the platform to do the same whilst getting your sweat on!

I hold a diploma in Personal training, Ante /Post Natal, Sports conditioning, Outdoor fitness, Group indoor cycling, Circuit training, Exercise referral and Hatton boxing for fitness.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Classes combine boxing, HITT and circuit training.

Well I think we can say Legoland Resort Hotel was a hit!
The kids were at the perfect age 3/5 and not one melt down including me!
I really prefer doing stuff in mass the kids/ adults are way less annoying.
... Definitely worth a shout!

Bounce Back is a postnatal class aimed at re-introducing exercise to new mums 6+ weeks post natural birth and 12+ post c section.
Small intimate classes with a fully trained post pregnancy exercise specialist. It's a great way to look after yourself and bond with your little one!
With small class numbers,this 6 week course allows personalised attention and individual alignment checks, in order to prescribe the best type of exercise for you and ensure you exercise in a careful... controlled manner.
Classes include core restorative exercise to slowly build up your strength and stamina whilst ensuring safe but effective training.
For those of you who miss your high energy training, don't worry the boxing gloves will be making an appearance!

My selfceare has been getting a more expensive Sauv B or going to Waitrose not Aldi (not on a Wednesday I could come back with anything).
So I contacted the lovey Jane Yoga Healing & Therapies With Jane
... Last night I had a seated massage and 1 - 2 -1 Yin restorative yoga session.
Then today I attended one of Janes classes.
I love the fact the classes are every other week no pressure!!
What is it.....basically you get tucked under a cover with pillows and listen to Jane's dreamy voice!
I can't recommend her enough.

So today was a poignant moment.
It was one of my client last sessions before she went back to work after mat leave.
Iā€™ve worked with her since August after the birth of her second baby.
... She has completely overhauled her diet, without restricting herself. She has such a healthy attitude!
She understands there are no quick fixes, just hard work.
We have trained twice a week and we will continue to be training. So no crazy schedules.
To say Iā€™m proud of her... actually more in awe of her to be fair.
Massive well done! All on no sleep!

Chuckling at the conversation we had at Bounce Back about taking the little ones swimming.....
One lady had me in stitches
If you are worries about taking your new born swimming YES it is as scary as you are thinking.... baby will cry you will problem cry
... Baby will pooh or be sick in the pool or both
We both generally cried after swimming where I never brought a towel because I was dry by the time I got to myself dressed.
However I wouldnā€™t change it for the world, love my little water babies

Love my one 2 one and group training sessions with Amber! They are varied, fun and highly effective. Within 6 months I've toned and lost over 1st - would never have done this without her support, encouragement and expertise! I can't reccommend enough!!

Iā€™ve been training with Amber both 1-2-1 and in group sessions since January and Iā€™ve never seen such progress and improvement in myself. Amber is a brilliant motivator, is kind and caring and a great laugh, which helps when youā€™re trying to get through the dreaded burpees! I love working out with this friendly group. Amber is very knowledgeable and will always modify exercises for new mums or injuries. It's a great allover workout without being pushed beyond your limits.

I know Amber from attending the Monday and Wednesday night bootcamps she runs in Upminster. Following the birth of my second child, I needed some help to kickstart getting back into shape and booked some PT with her. She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about post natal fitness and takes time to tailor each session to the individual to keep them fun and challenging. Amber takes genuine interest and care in her clients and texts regularly to ask how I'm feeling after training. She even put together a HIIT session for me to do while on holiday (there's no getting away from her!) I can't recommend Amber highly enough as a PT and for her bootcamps.

I have been training in Ambers post natal Bounce Back class and it is brilliant. Small groups so Amber can really focus on everyone's needs in the class. She also takes time to check your stomach muscles to make sure you are doing a work out to suit your ability. It is a gentle class but really effective. Even though I have done exercise classes for many years I have learnt many new exercises which has added to the fun and variety of the class. It is also brilliant to train with women in a similar situation and bring your babies as well!

I have Been going to buggy boot camp for the past 3 weeks and have really enjoyed it ! Look forward to it every Wednesday, I like that its all a mixture of different exercises each week! Amber is very lovely and really welcoming to everyone and the babies x

I attended Ambers bounce back to fitness after the birth of my second son and found it a fantastic way to begin my journey back to some level of fitness. I am now committed to buggy fit every week and thoroughly enjoy it. Amber is a fantastic trainer and great to meet some other mums in the hood! x

Amber's knowledge of post-natal fitness and nutrition combined with her friendly and motivaional approach was exactly what I needed after having my second baby. Her sessions were interesting and varied - hard work but always enjoyable!!! I'd absolutely recommend her services : )

Amber has been a fantastic trainer. I've been going to buggy bootcamp since June 2017 and I started personal training with her in September 2017. She has helped me change my shape, get fit and help me get my body strong enough to run a half marathon. She has not only been my trainer but has become a good friend! I can not recommend her enough!!

Amber I have trained with before I fell pregnant and loved her classes. Since giving birth in November I was desperate to get back to exercise but due to an emergency section and a number of issues I have had to get back to exercise very slowly. I started the bounce back class at 12 weeks after giving birth to help me get back to exercise and Amber really knows what to check for , and actually discovered that something wasnā€™t right with my tummy so now under the hospital. Without Amber I would of thrown myself back to exercise and caused serious injury to my self. I also do her PT sessions and buggy bootcamp , which again she caters for my needs, strengthening my stomach gradually and doing the right exercises. I have grown stronger and gradually building my fitness up.



Amber is kind, caring, understanding and really knows her stuff.



Love going to her classes and canā€™t recommend her enough xxx

After having a baby, I was so keen to get back into fitness and workouts and HIIT sessions at literally 12wks post C Section.

I was aware I had a 3 finger diastasis recti (the gap in my abdominal muscles) and VERY self continuous. When I spoke to Amber about it, she mentioned the Get Back into Fitness Post Pregnancy classes she does. I found Amber to be so honest, informative and understanding.

Iā€™m so pleased I did the Get Back Classes first instead of jumping into the bootcamp classes, as I needed to get back into fitness safely and recover my core first which it has! Yeay!

Iā€™m so pleased with myself and grateful for Amberā€™s advice and care. She knows her stuff and is good delivering it too.

Iā€™m now planning to start the bootcamp knowing my core is strong enough and my fitness levels are coming along nicely. Iā€™ll also be doing PT sessions which im looking forward to doing with Amber.

I highly recommend Amber and her classes.
