My husband always amazed at how I can create. To create a botanical garden in the middle of the concrete jungle and achieve everything I take to my head. This is not an undue insistence, but it takes it too -, it's the art of release. ' there will always be something ', ' just feel it ' and I know that a rationalist person is going crazy, and an other person like me is knows that feeling.
This kind of feeling is going back to dance - when I was writing the top 30 bucket list ...-that I mentioned in my previous post. I started when I was 6, never completely stopped. I went to Budapest to tke part in a women's dance mini course and when I came back to London the miracle just simply happened.
A group was looking for a female dance group leader. I felt in my gut that's gonna be mine. I applied right away, I immediately paid the registration fee and now the new members are coming to my calling voice and vibes. I know it's hardly possible to take roots abroad alone, so I'd like to create a supportive women's group for women with dance and joy.
Syncronicity, support, care? Let's call it anyway, we'll start soon. <3

A #műanyagmentesúlius számomra az újragondolást jelenti.
Szétnéztem a háztartásban és rájöttem, hogy van még min javítani.... Nem kell óriási dolgokra gondolni, nem nulláról kezdem. A családomban a szelektív hulladékgyűjtés és komposztálás kb egy évtizeddel ezelőtt kezdődött és nemrég kiderült, hogy anyukám a konyhai nyesedék zöldségeket a barátnőjének viszi a csirkéinek. <3
Londonban viszont kicsit más a helyzet. Hiába van itt is szelektív hulladékgyűjtés mégis minden nap szörnyülködök, hogy mennyi szemét hömpölyög az utcán. Mindenki rohan, előre be van csomagolva a szendvics, lehetőleg duplán, eldobható evőeszköz és szívószál jár mindenhez ha akarod ha nem. Az áruházakban minden csomagolva van, a banántól a kiviig, az avokádótól az uborkáig. De már legalább nem néznek marslakónak, ha az alma kicsit szétgurul a szalagon a pénztárnál, mert nem teszem egyszer használatos zacsiba a motyóimat.
Szépen lassan elhasználódnak az itthoni meglévő műanyagjaim, kiürülnek a műanyag flakonok és jöhetnek azoknak a zöld verziói. A következő vásárlásnál már a műanyag verzió helyett az üveget vagy kimérőset választom, a zacskót én viszem. Mert minden apróság számít.

The easiest brunch I've ever made
In the morning I realised I have no time to do the shopping.
But what can I make instantly?... Easy one, husband love it too, so I chose HUMMUS
1 can of chickpeas, drained 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp tahini 5-6 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp paprika 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed Pinch of salt
Mix it in a grinder. I use my #ninja one.
This creamy, rich hummus is made using just 6 ingredients and is ready in 10 minutes.

Visszaszámlálás indul. 1 hónap múlva leszek Londonban 1 éve. 1 hónap múlva 1 éve kérték meg a kezem. És 1 hónap múlva 30 leszek. 30 éve ilyenkor anyáék a nevemet választották ki és vasalták a babaruhákat. ... Most, 30 nappal a 30 előtt észbe kaptam. Mit és hogyan akarom alakítani az életem? Mi alakította eddig?
Óriási áldás, ahogy alakul az életem és fantasztikus, hogy azzal foglalkozom, amit szeretek. Imádok masszírozni, gyógyítani. De gondolnom kell arra is, hogy mit csinálok, ha én várom a babámat és vasalom neki a ruhákat.
Akkor már nem tudom a masszázságyat cipelni. Ezért hatalmas dologba vágtam a fejszém.
Belevágok a legbelső vágyaim megvalósításába. 30 pontos bakancslistát írtam a következő 30 évre. Optimista vagyok, hiszem, hogy van időm és lehetőségem mindegyiket megvalósítani.
