We just went in for a look for my daughters first pair of glasses in Kilmarnock. The staff were so friendly.... but not pushy! Making her feel very at ease. Picked up her glasses yesterday and again different staff but the same warm welcome and advise! Very impressed! Thank you!

Recently had my eyes tested at Urquart's in Prestwick, the Service I received was first class. Receptionists Heather and Rebecca were very attentive and patient with me considering it took me half an hour to choose my frames. Alistair the Optician was also great and explained the whole process very clearly from start to finish. Highly recommend this place.

My husband Michael visited today for his eye screening test...Alistair was very professional and friendly..Clean bill of health ...phew�

Just ordered my 2nd pair of glasses in 6 months through Joan at Urqhuart’s. Have really bad eyesight so had some bad experiences getting nice glasses that don’t look like milk bottles � Absoultly delighted with my 2 pairs of glasses look great, lenses fitted perfectly and so comfortable. Also delighted with the service especially Joan. She is so knowledgable and gives sound advise but is not pushy. Highly recommend �

I fell in love with a pair of glasses yesterday, got my eye test this morning and picked my new glasses up this afternoon!! Amazing service and my new Cocoa Mint glasses are just stunning! Joan was sooooo helpful and friendly and helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses that suit me so much! Top class customer service and a great cup of tea haha!

I can truly say that I am delighted with the service that I have received. Went for a contact lens consultation and sight test, very friendly and professional!

I haven't worn glasses for a long time as my prescription is so high and glasses always look really thick, but thanks to the amazing staff I have now got a lovely new pair and they look great, I won't feel self conscious wearing glasses now! I have also subscribed to the contact lens scheme. Thank you all so much

Have had a badly swollen eye which no one could diagnose for a few days & had so much trouble trying to find an optometrist that could see me on such short notice, when Urquhart on Dumbarton Road found this out they squeezed me in as by this point I was in alot of pain & very upset. The premises was immaculate and the receptionists went over & above to try to make me comfortable (baring in mind my eye by this point was so swollen I could only see out one eye). The Optician was fantastic too, and also went over & above to make me feel better. Hopefully I'm on the mend now but can't wait now to get my husband & I's eyes tested as felt so comfortable there. Can't recommend more, I was very very upset and in alot of pain - they calmed me down & sorted it. Highly recommend! :)

I opted for new glasses as mine had seen there best, Joan in the Kilmarnock store was very knowledgeable and honest when I was picking my frames, if I didn't suit a pair of glasses, she didn't hold back in telling me. Together we managed to narrow it down to two pairs and I eventually picked Polo Ralph Lauren (a bit of exclusivity as the major chains don't stock them) which I collected today, again, Joan had them sitting perfectly before I left the shop. Most definitely worth a visit when you need your eyes testing next, no hustle and bustle, no waiting around and excellent service from the minute you walk in the door!

Had my eye test just over a week ago..lovely experience..lots of specs to choose from...collected mine today... love the style colour and the staff are a pleasure in helping you choose and making sure final fitting perfect...If you need an eye test can definitely recommend Urquhart Opticians....started already seeing things differently.... �

Had an eye test done recently due to getting cataract off @ laser treatment.the test was so professional @ nothing was a bother.picked a lovely frame with the help of the girls.best pair of glasses I’ve ever had,so happy with them.look forward to coming back next yr.thanks guys.
